While this spot is rural, it isn’t isolated. Radda, Panzano, Greve are only a short drive away. While Gaiole is even closer, a mile or so down one of the region’s famous ‘white’ gravel roads. Here you’ll find an excellent restaurant only minutes away, run by the world famous winemaking family, the Frescobaldi's, who also own the surrounding winery and the Tenuta Perano estate. 



So, total Tuscan tranquillity and, when you want it, historic wine towns and vineyards to explore, and, not too much further, exciting sightseeing in Siena and Florence.

The interior is a winner, too. The residence has been designed and furnished by award winning Milan based interior designers. There is a lovely airy sequence of spacious rooms – a lounge, dining area, and an ultra-modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. Terracotta floors, tiled and beamed ceilings, and brick-edged arches provide a simple Tuscan backdrop for the comfy modern furnishings picked out by the owner in bold primary colours. There are two double bedrooms on this level, both ensuite – one has a luxurious open bathing area with a freestanding tub. Take the stairs up to find the two other ensuite bedrooms. One is on the first floor, tucked behind a second living area with a kitchenette, one is down another flight of stairs at the rear of this property. These added touches of privacy are typical of this villa, which lets you retreat from or embrace the world just as you fancy.



The private pool is overlooked by adjacent buildings. There is also a large additional communal heated pool for the winery estate residents or guests.
