Reservation for Partial View.. and it did NOT disappoint!!! Check in was easy process, went to room, and it was cozy. The view at night was sketchy, but the view the next morning was lovely. I was close to pool, but still didn’t hear noise. The only noise I heard was fireworks (sense it was NYE) . But I will return.

The man at front desk was super nice & fast check in! The room is old and outdated. Musty smell, bathroom door handle falling off, spotty hot water, not enough towels for everyone, dirty windows made the ocean view a little difficult to enjoy, bugs, needs to be painted. Thankful just there for one night. The reviews that said 10/10 not sure where that came from.

Cheap but don’t
Stairwells were blocked off. One very slow elevator for four floors and lots of families with kids. Kids were in the pool on 12/30 at 9pm when I got there. That was unexpected. Property obviously had potential and from the photos I looked at, it once had it, but the feel inside the rooms was a rodeway inn at best, with a cockroach being found in the bathroom and men doing something very loudly outside of my room very early in the morning.

Room was stale upon walking in. We requested housekeeping to come clean the room and they never did. Has roaches. The front desk was nice upon check in but rude on the check out. I would never recommend this place. Never staying here again.

While everything was in order and the staff was great. I feel that they should keep people with animals away from those who don’t bring animals to the property. I had to get another room because the person next to me had very loud dogs. Other than that, they need to exterminate the property more often for roaches. I saw a couple of them in my room that I hadn’t before when I stayed at the same hotel. The hotel overall stays clean it was just disappointing to see that.

I was so disappointed. When I booked the reservation, it showed that the hotel was pet-friendly, but it didn’t mention any charges for pets. I have a 13-year-old Yorkie. At the front desk, when I checked in, they asked if I had a pet. Of course, I honestly said yes, and they charged me for my pet. They should clearly state in their system how much they charge so that people know before arriving at the hotel. I drove all the way from Oklahoma and had no choice but to pay. They should not hide the charges online.
