Canal Home, Minutes From the Beach

Come relax in our canal home! Our home is a beautifully made 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with around 1400 square feet. It comes stocked with all major house necessities needed to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! As you pull up you will be greeted by a fenced in yard and large covered gathering area which includes an outdoor shower, outdoor TV, charcoal grill with propane assist , and plenty of sitting room for the whole family. As you continue toward the canal you will find a second patio lining the canal, perfect for fishing, crabbing and cast netting. Our dock provides room for any water toys you may want to rent or bring! The lower deck and boat dock is gated, an added safety measure for anyone with little ones that get too curious about the water. As you go up the stairs to the main level you will notice a large deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or laying out in the sun.

Inside you will find a spacious living room perfect for large gatherings. The living room is equipped with a smart TV with a pull-pot swivel mount, DVD player, high speed internet, and board games. The kitchen is located side by side with the living room, perfect for watching TV while cooking and still enjoying your company while in the kitchen. (The Sea Isle restaurant has a new Chef and there are menus available from local restaurants in the book on the counter in case you decide not to cook at all!). The dining room table seats 6 and a leaf insert is available to increase table space. The table is perfect for games and large dinners. There is additional seating at the kitchen counter.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with its own bathroom. Two queen sized rooms are just across the hallway from the main bathroom. All bedrooms have a closet perfect for storing suitcases and hanging any clothes.

Our house is conveniently located just two minutes from Sea Isles’ very own private beach where you can enjoy the sand and surf as well as fish; or just stay home and fish on the canal for the fisherman in your life.

This home is an ideal venue for all families. It's close enough to all that Galveston has to offer, but yet far enough away from all of the chaos that can go with such a high demand tourist area. It is also surrounded by a variety of its own amenities that we are sure there is something for everyone. Sea Isle includes a newly resurfaced tennis court, outdoor pool, children’s pool, private fishing pier, marina, bait shop, boat launch, upscale restaurant, and its own Supermarket.

Golf carts, Kayaks, Canoes, Paddle boards and much more are available for rent in the area.

If you are looking for more activities, we are located just 15 miles from the sea wall where you can enjoy the pleasure pier with all of it’s carnival rides, fishing charters, the strand downtown shopping district, and a multitude of restaurants. Our home is perfect for all adults and children, there is truly something for everyone here.

There is a $100 administration fee that will be charged after check-out should the fishing pier key get damaged or lost. This is what Sea Isle charges us to replace the key. If you do not wish to use the private fishing pier, just leave the key hanging next to the door.

We have added 2 security cameras, 1 at the garage and 1 at the stairs. Both on the ground level for security when the house is not being rented. We in no way intend to violate your privacy, these are strictly for the security of our house. There are no cameras on the upper living area.
