Front Row on uuden rakennuksen rantahotelli, josta on upeat näkymät Meksikonlahdelle. Tässä tilavassa 2532 m²: n kaksikerroksisessa modernissa kodissa on upea avoin oleskelu-, keittiö- ja ruokailutila. Keittiössä on suuri saari, jossa on lisäistuimia, ja siinä on uusia ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita ja graniittiset työtasot. Kannella on iso ruokapöytä ja piknikpöytä nauttiaksesi ateria-aikaa perheen kanssa.

Tässä uskomattomassa kodissa on paljon luonnollista valoa, joka tekee siitä kirkkaan ja ilmavan. Nautit auringon nopeasti, suurella avoimella kannella, josta on upea näköala rannalle. Ranta on vain muutaman askeleen päässä tuntikausia perheen hauskaa. Alakerrassa on oma ulkosuihku, joten voit huuhdella pois ennen sisälle menemistä.

Almost Perfection
The front row house on the beach was perfect. Two balconies provided gorgeous views of the gulf as did lounging in our beach chairs on the sand. Our family (ages 5-81) built sand castles, dug holes, walked the beach and collected shells, used provided beach toys and sand bikes, hunted ghost crabs with our flashlights at night and went fishing at nearby Galveston Island State Park. We ate most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The house provided many games to play in a cabinet under the main TV in the downstairs living area. The house had just been renovated after Hurricane Berryl. We were the first to stay in it post renovations. The renovations were lovely and the cleanliness was excellent. The hot water was not turned on and a TV was damaged beyond repair, but we made a call and the hot water heater was found in the attic and plugged in. One TV was damaged during renovations and a new TV was delivered. There was no guest book with instructions but a call to management revealed that was destroyed during renovations and all necessary instructions were immediately delivered by text or phone call. The management was very responsive.We hope to come again soon!

Great Family House - Very enjoyable stay
Our experience was exceptional. The house is very modern, clean and nicely appointed. Perfect for our 3 families including 5 kids overall, with the master BR and kitchen downstairs and 4 BR and another living upstairs. The top floor balcony was great for July 4th fireworks watching. The beachfront location was so convenient, especially with this part of the beach being restricted to non motorized vehicles, not crowded at all, even on July 4th. Property management was very responsive and cleaned up a layer of sand on the ground floor area that had accumulated from previous storm within a few hours of reporting it. Overall, an exceptional experience, will definitely use again on our next Galveston trip.

Lovely Beach House!
This property is beautiful and pictures of the house are exactly as seen in images. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Furniture was very comfortable. The property is remote and about a 20 minute drive from Galveston. Some convenience stores and food options nearby. Fully stocked kitchen. With all the rain leading up to our trip the mosquitoes were awful! We bought yard and body spray! The beach was clean and quiet. Lovely area! Definitely recommend this property.

Nice property on beach but not enough hot water
The property was nice and as described. We enjoyed being able to walk right outside to the private beach without dragging our belongings a long distance. Now for the negative. There were 14 of us staying in the house, but apparently there was only one hot water heater that couldn't do the job. I was really surprised when the majority of us suffered through cold showers our first morning in the house, as we did not know we needed to take RV showers (water on to get wet / water off to lather / water on to rinse). I had read through numerous reviews prior to booking and there was no mention of this problem. We contacted property management immediately and were told they sent a maintenance man who came and ran hot water at the outdoor shower, and since it got hot and no one else had ever reported a problem, there was no problem! We explained to them that there was clearly hot water, if you were the first couple of people in for a quick shower, so obviously there would be hot water at the outside shower too. We own 32 rental properties of our own and are well aware that if one of the heating elements goes out in a hot water heater, it will not keep up. It would have been nice if the unit had been checked out rather than just dismissing us. Unfortunately, we all had to make do by alternating our shower schedules and taking RV showers. Baths were out of the question, as there would definitely not have been enough hot water to go around!

Great family beach home
My husband and I traveled with our 4 kids 8 and under and grandparents. It’s a beautiful home and was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. It was right on the beach which made it easy to collect seashells and come and go as family members pleased. The sunrise was beautiful and we were 20-25 minutes from all our daily activities on the other side of the island. Overall, a great place to stay with a nicely stocked kitchen, however, you will need to bring any beach toys or supplies you want.

Family Weekend Getaway
This was the perfect house for a weekend getaway for our family of 11 (5 adults and 6 teenagers). Our guests from Utah especially enjoyed it. The house is in a perfect location, it’s extremely well stocked, and we all slept comfortably. The only recommendation I have is to please provide more trash bags. We were only given one, which definitely wasn’t enough for 11 people and two nights. We would love to book the house again next year. Thank you!

Very nice
As advertised, very nice and clean. Lots of rules and contracts to sign but nothing unreasonable. Great outdoor seating areas and master had a patio with a great view. Enjoyed going to and from the beach since it’s front row.

Great Beach Location
This home was perfect for our large family. We prepare almost all meals at home and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Large dining table, plus additional seating around the kitchen island. The beach location cannot be beat, just steps to the water and away from the public beach access so it was never crowded. It's a small thing, but it was so nice that all the light & fan switches were labeled! Thanks for a great stay!

Exactly what a beach house should be
This place was PERFECT. It was so spacious, clean, well equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms,… everything you can think of. Center island made for excellent entertaining. It was steps from the quiet less traveled waters edge. There was ample seating on the deck. You truly can see the water from all rooms. Furniture was comfy and clean. Beautiful floors and bathrooms with great water pressure and lots of drawers and cabinets.
