Pearl Wave: ensimmäisen rivin ranta talo Espanjan Grantissa

Pearl Wave on ensimmäinen talo rannalta rauhallisella alueella (vain ranta edessämme). Nauti kauniista esteettömistä näkymistä! Romanttiset kävelyretket rannalla ovat aivan oven ulkopuolella, tai ajavat rannalla riehuvia lapsia koko päivän ja istu sitten ison huoneen ympärillä mukavalla sohvalla tai rentoudu "uimarannan" lopussa porealtaassa! Rantamme on lapsille turvallisempaa, koska autoja ei sallita talomme edessä olevalla ranta-alueella ympäri vuoden! Suuri kansi, jossa on paljon istuimia, ja ylimääräinen ylimmän kerroksen kansi ovat täydelliset puitteet kuunnella aaltojen rauhallista ääntä. Ajattelitko perhettä kokonaan kiitospäivän tai joulun aikana rannalla? Ei ongelmaa! Kun sinulla on runsaasti ikkunoita, joista on esteetön merinäköala, katso ja kuule aaltoja istuen takan vieressä!

Lähes 1900 neliömetrin suuruisessa talossa on 3 hyvän kokoista makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta, nukkuu 13 mukavasti. Molemmissa kerroksissa on korkea katto, joka on harvinainen löytö rantataloista ja antaa tuulisen tunteen jopa sisätiloissa.

Ylimmässä kerroksessa olevalla Master-sviitillä on oma kansi, joka nostaa todennäköisesti naapuruston korkeimmat merinäkymät. Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode ja parivuode. Master-kylpyhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, suihku ja poreallas merinäköalalla.

Alakerran pääkerroksessa on kaksi tilavaa makuuhuonetta, jotka erottaa todellinen kylpyhuone. Olo / ruokailutilassa on avoin pohjaratkaisu, josta on suora merinäköala kaikista yhdeksästä ikkunasta. Olohuone avautuu suurelle puukannelle, josta on suora ja esteetön näkymä rannalle ja merelle. Puukansi on 2/3 peitetty, jotta voit nauttia ulkona olevasta tuules- ja merinäkymästä varjossa niin kauan kuin haluat!

Tarjoamme melkein kaiken mitä tarvitset tuntemaan olosi kotoisaksi! Kaikki vuodevaatteet toimitetaan tarvitsemillesi vuoteille - lakanat, tyynyt, tyynyliinat ja peitot. Molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa on runsaasti kylpypyyhkeitä, rantapyyhkeitä, shampoo / hoitoaine / vartalopesu ja wc-paperi. Talossa 3 televisiota ja kaikissa on Ruko TV-suoratoistolaite. Uusi 36-tuumainen ranskalainen ovi SS-jääkaappi ja sähkösarja konvektiouunilla, joka asennettiin kesäkuussa 2019. Keittiö on täysin varustettu leikkuulaudoilla, erikokoisilla tarttumattomilla pannuilla, paistinpannuilla, pyrex-leivonta-astioilla ja keittiövälineillä. Meillä on runsaasti lautasia, kuppeja, laseja, hopeaesineitä ja lautasliinoja 13-vuotiaille.

Pohjakerroksessa on tilava puinen kansi, jossa on piknikpöytä, kuuma / kylmä ulkosuihku ja iso Weberin 22-tuumainen master-touch-hiiligrilli. Grillausvälineet varastoidaan keittiössä. Vieraiden käyttöön tarjotaan rantatuoleja ja katossa.

Tämä talo sijaitsee kätevästi autottoman kävelyreitin vieressä rannalle, joka on kaukana tyypillisen rannan tukiaseman kiireisistä autojen lastaus- / purkuvyöhykkeistä. Kävelytie on hiekkainen ja ei vaadi navigointia ruohojen läpi. Vain tule alas talosta milloin tahansa ja olet aivan rannalla - ei enää hässäkkää löytää rantapysäköinti tai vetää rantavaihteesi pitkälle kävelylle!

Espanjan apuraha-alajakso on 7 mailin päässä kaikista tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä ja Galvestonissa.

Yöhintaan sisältyy jo 9% Galveston City Hotel -asumisastevero, jonka omistajan on kerättävä vierailta (vrbo kerää vain valtion veroja). Näin ollen koko maksu, jonka näet varauksen yhteydessä, on kattava ja et saa meiltä ylimääräistä maksupyyntöä.

Fantastic! Right on the beach!
Perfect location! Twenty steps from the beach with beautiful upper level decks and a huge deck underneath to hang out and grill out. This house is super clean and has everything you need from beach items (except chairs, bring chairs) to kitchen items to extra blankets and plenty of beach towels. Plenty of beds, comfortable furniture and a freezing cold AC. You are far enough from the seawall for a private less crowded beach experience, but just a convenient short drive to the seawall and shops and restaurants. The owner is wonderful. Amazing communication. I left an important personal item by accident and the owner bent over backwards to help me get it back. Thank you!

Incredible!!
This is one of the best vrbo’s I’ve ever stayed in. Incredible beachfront location, can not be beat!! Well stocked with every thing you need, including beach towels and chairs. Beds were comfortable, temps were cool (even though very hot outside, and plenty of space and privacy for big groups. We can’t wait to book again next summer

Perfect place, we'll be back!
The house has a big great room and spacious kitchen where we could cook meals and still be engaged with the family. The house walks right out onto the private beach. Only 10 minutes to the Walmart and 15 minutes from the pier. Great location! When we arrived, the owners were there still cleaning up from the hurricane. They were very nice and extremely responsive when I had a question.

Amazing views
We checked in exactly one week after the area was hit with a hurricane so we were apprehensive about going. However, our host communicated thier progress regularly and when we arrived they were finishing up what repairs could be made. The house is right on the beach so it made it easy for the adults to sit on the porch and watch the teenagers play on the beach. The hostess was quick to respond to the few minor problems we had and resolved the issues. All of the furniture was in great shape and was accommodating for the 7 of us. Great experience overall.

The Pearl right after tropical storm
Can’t say enough good things about Peggy the host! She refunded a day of our trip due to the tropical storm and kept in constant contact updating us on the conditions, and told us when if was safest to come. Also, her and her husband worked long hours to make the property after for us after the storm. So, like I said, can’t say enough good things about Peggy. On a scale of 1 to 5, she’s a 6! House is literally right on the water, with the high tide Peggy and her husband worked to put down concrete bags to make it safer and cleaned the parking area from the storm surge. So afain, can’t say enough good things about Peggy!

On the beach literally is no exaggeration
Very clean inside and right on beach . Quaint beach house literally on top of the developing dune. It’s about 15 steps from house to beach . Beach is blocked from traffic in older Spanish Grant Beach pocket which puts it very close to Galveston and yet far enough for some quiet beach front . We felt like we had a private beach for most of the time with expansive ocean view. House has a lot of “Character” on the outside and is obviously in battle with the salt air being about 30 yards from the ocean spray but for us added to the ambiance. Check in and check out easy and no hassle . Owner communications were timely , polite and helpfull. Inside everything is open and very clean. Good idea having weather simulated hard wood floors throughout makes for clean and easy look. Owner went to a lot of trouble to put things right where you would need them for comfort and efficiency . Little things like had soap at every sink and all the extras is nice touch . Even though your there for the beach most likely, great work with the tvs - all new smart tvs in all rooms were great touch including massive 86 inch in main room . All worked all easy to use. House has a central ac unit that runs loud and works hard and owner has installed what look like pretty new smaller window unit’s in every room that chill it up pretty good and that with good overhead fans means house is plenty cool . Window units can be noisy if your light sleeper- great beds . All and all great beach house !

Perfect weekend getaway with our Paw Buddy, Part Great Pyrenees/ German Shepherd! Although he’s very well behaved… Location can’t be beat! Sunrise & Sunset were beautiful! Bed was comfortable also! Also appreciated the extra touch in the Bathrooms and Kitchen with Shampoo, Soaps, Coffee etc…

Great view, great property, perfect location
We had a fantastic stay! Absolutely gorgeous location and so clean and nice inside! My husband and I came down for Mardi Gras with 3 other adults and - I'm not going to lie - we were a little concerned at the outside. It is a little weathered and things "look" worn out - but the longer we stayed, the more we realized why. We've stayed in a lot of beach houses on Galveston and the sea spray and wind at this location are ample! This house is constantly getting a dose of the elements, so of course the outside is weathered with the continual salt exposure. Some things outside were a little rusty and swollen. Some of the doors did stick and needed a little help opening/closing. BUT the inside is updated, very pretty, very clean, and comfortable. The upstairs bed was comfortable, the top dock was nice, very stable, and had an amazing view. We had a great time and really enjoyed the immediate beach access. The location is perfect - not too close to the noise of the city, but a short drive to food and entertainment. The address took us right to the property and the instructions from the owner were perfect - no issues accessing the property. If we were to complain about anything, it would be the toilet paper. We bought our own after the first night - the tp provided was the worst possible and should definitely be reconsidered. Other than that non-issue, we would definitely rebook and stay for even longer!

The interior was ok, beds were great The exterior is in bad need of repair. rotting wood on home and deck very prominent. windows single pane so wind, mosture and if it had been summer, heat would have been unbearable. other homes in neighborhood were well kept, this was not. also i had a fall. We arrived around 6 so sun had gone down. there was a swing on the porch you have to walk by. problem was with poor lighting, you could not see the chain bolting the swing to the deck. my foot caught the chain, i fell. injured my knee, my pinky broken, and wrist hurt. we left a day early so i could get home. The beach was amazing, the views from deck amazing. yard area needs cleaned up, stickers all in yard as well. interior was clean. if they dont put some money into the exterior the house is going to rot down. counters, ceiling fans, wall texture, windows all out dated. There was an extreme sewer smell but we opened the doors in the house(2) and smell diminished. Doors didnt close properly and front door was designed to open in, they have it opening out and it is in rotted wood.

Wonderful beachfront home!
We have come down to Galveston the past 4 years, staying in different rentals. This is hands down the best rental we have stayed at. The exterior has a little superficial wear and tear typical of beach houses. But everything inside is in excellent condition, and as depicted in the listing. It was super clean, smelled good, and they even provided basics like shampoo (and even q tips!) The location is right on the beach, and there are sand/beach toys available for the kids. The owners were quickly accessible when we had a question about the TV. I highly recommend!
