Excellent service given by the staff, always very helpful and smiling. Coffe, tea and others drinks are offered for free all the time.The hotel is clean, the room too. The seaside is 5mn away. Get to downtown is a little complicated without a car, but taxis aren't expensive.

Love that it was located near the beach, had a nice walk along the coast every evening we were there. The pastel theme of the room is lovely. Room was clean and well equipped as well. Love the common area, there were gaming stations, a vending machine with interesting drinks (free!) and a small supermarket selling snacks, ramyeon and icecream! The staff were super friendly and lovely too. Would come back again to this place if I'm back in Gang Neung.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Free drinks from vending machine in the lounge. Friendly staff. My one problem that made the hotel stay unpleasant was inability to control temperature. It seems like temperature is regulated by front desk, and thermostat does not change temp in the room. It was Oct and chilly at night, but my room temp was at 29 C no matter how low I moved the thermostat. Ended up opening window to cool, but it was too loud with window open and couldn't sleep well. On 2nd night, I asked for a fan and slept with a fan in late Oct!

this hotel is fairly newly built. although quite a distance from Gangneung ktx, at least it's walking distance from the beach! very good place to relax. there's also great facilities with game machines, free coffee and drinks room was spacious and fairly clean, if you can ignore the computer in the room, not sure why Korean rooms have a computer. floor was heated and great, bathroom was large as well. would revisit!

Great beach/lake stay!
Great hotel about a block sandwiched between the lake and the beach. Comfortable beds, good English TV channel options, complimentary breakfast and drink machine. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here with our 2 children. Lots of food options and convenience stores nearby. Would stay again!

Nice and cosy
It is surprisingly economic and nice place to walk around. Window is bit small but if you are busy at something other than siteseeing it is ok. And they provide free breakfast.

당일 예약하고 갔는데, 생각치 못한 업그레이드로 여행 시작을 시작해서 너무 좋았어요!! 체크인 할때 사장님이 친절하게 시설 안내를 해주세요! 로비 안쪽에 있는 안마의자를 사용했는데, 너무너무 시원하게 안마가 되서 최고! 자판기 음료나 커피도 무료라 가성비 좋아요!! 숙소는 전체적으로 깔끔하고 업글된 방에서는 경포천이 보이는 뷰에요. 주차장은 호텔 뒷편과 지하 2곳이 있는데, 무료라서 너무 좋아요! 다음에 또놀러 온다면 재방문 의사 있어요!!

안마의자. 친절함. 세련된 느낌
방도 세련된 디자인이고 로비에 안마의자도 두개나 있어서 쉬면서 받을수 있고 음료도 무료로 다양하게 구비되어 있어요. 심지어 캔음료 자판기도 무료. 엄청 친절하시고 근처에 경문해변도 걸어갈수 있고 스타벅스나 카페도 많아요. 체크아웃하고 스벅 가서 바다뷰 전망 즐기고 와서 천천히 차 뺐어요. 체크아웃할때 차 좀 있다 빼도 되냐니 너무 흔쾌하고 친절히 그러라고 해주셨어요. 가격도 합리적이고 암튼 강추합니다!!
