The hotel is in the best location in garda but ut is very dated . It looks like some of the rooms have been updated but not ours. I had a terrible time when i first entered the hotel . I was told they wanted to take.my full outstanding amount before i arrived but the card i booked with had broken so i had a new card they could not rake the money. The ebookers website did not say the cash would be taken before i arrived. I then asked if i could use the hotel car park but was blankly told no as i had booked through ebookers . They get 10% discount
