Welcome to “Pine Top Vista”. This new construction (2020), 2,575 square foot, cabin features 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms, plus a bunk room. Sleeping a total of 13 people (10 adults & 3 children) comfortably! The cabin offers a rustic yet high end feel, with brand-new high-quality furniture throughout. Guests of Pine Top Vista will be able to enjoy the stunning views from almost every room, and incredible unobstructed panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains from all 3 decks. There is also an amazing game room and hot tub that all guests will love!

Pine Top Vista offers an authentic Smoky Mountain vacation with its exceptional location. The cabin is in an exclusive private golf community named Cobbly Nob. This community offers guest access to golfing, tennis, hiking trails, and outdoor pools. The location of the cabin is ideal, it is close enough to all the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions, yet still gives you the quiet and remote setting everyone looks for.

Whether looking for an action-packed trip or a relaxing get away you, Pine Top Vista offers everything you want for a great vacation with family or friends. The house is easily accessed off the parkway and offers plenty of flat parking.

The space / indoor:
Upon entering the front door, you walk into an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen with great views through the oversized windows. The dining table seats 6 and the nearby breakfast bar offers additional seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, all new stainless appliances, and a large selection of small appliances and cooking supplies to have a wonderful cooking experience. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is the living room, featuring two plush leather couches, wall mounted 58” smart tv and a gorgeous stacked stone accented electric fireplace. Also, on the main level is bedroom #1 featuring a king bed, full bathroom with walk in shower, and private door to deck. The main level deck is where you will find the hot tub as well as 4 rocking chairs.

Downstairs features bedroom #2 with a queen bed and private access to the lower deck. A Jack & Jill bathroom with tub/shower connects to bedroom #3 featuring a king bed and access to deck as well. Across the hall is bedroom #4 with a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The lower level also has laundry room with brand large new washer and dryer.

The 3rd level is the game room. This large open room with oversized windows continues to give you the upscale rustic feel. There is a half bathroom, large pull out leather couch, beautiful fireplace, large wall mounted 58" smart TV, and a triple bunk beds for the kids! While enjoying the incredible views you can choose from shuffleboard, pool, or air hockey. The upper level deck also has rocking chairs and is a great place to take in the sunset. If the weather is not cooperating you can stay indoors with the fireplace and play cards or board games. The game rooms TV also has a retro video game console!

Outdoor:
The unique location of this .5-acre lot allows for usable outdoor space, for horseshoes or corn hole, which is rare in this mountain area. Parking at the cabin is great, there is ample level parking at the front door for up to four vehicles. All 3 decks span the width of the house and have amazing rocking chairs so you can take in the sights in comfort. The brand-new gas BBQ grill on the main deck will allow you to grill up a feast. Guests will be happy to know that the 4 person Jacuzzi is completely drained and cleaned prior to your arrival. The outdoor pools are typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Be sure to take advantage of the peaceful walking trails all throughout Cobbly Nob.


Location:
Pine Top Vista is a 1.8 miles drive from the Cobbly Nob turn off from the Parkway (HWY 321). The roads are well maintained and should not be an issue for any car. There is a 500-foot elevation gain and some turns to get to the cabin after you drive through Bent Creek Golf Course. Like all homes in this area the drive may be considered steep and winding for some, but you should feel comfortable after the first drive. There is a local market and deli about 10 minutes away. You will find a large selection of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within 20 minutes, with no need of going downtown. If you are heading to the Gatlinburg strip expect a 30-minute drive. A short 15-minute drive will get you into the Great Smokey Mountains National Park via the Greenbrier entrance. There are endless hiking trails, scenic drives, swimming spots, and water falls to see within the park. Be sure to check out the zipline at Climb Works, just 3 miles from the cabin. If amusement parks, dining, and shopping is more your speed, you can get to all that Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg has to offer in less than 45 minutes.
