"Sugar Bear's Chalet" is located in Gatlinburg's Cobbly Nob area and is a scenic, yet easy 15-20 minutes drive to Gatlinburg's downtown "Strip". The sweet Chalet sleeps 4 with 2 Queen beds and 1-1/2 bathrooms. The drive to the Chalet is primarily paved with approximately 200 feet of gravel (easy) drive. (You will NOT need a truck)

Private and Secluded! Relax and enjoy the serenity of the hot tub from the full walk around deck, throw some steaks and veggies on the charcoal grill or curl up and watch your favorite TV shows in front of the gas fireplace ~ the choice is yours! The sunsets in the evening are something that shouldn't be missed and you can even see the lights from downtown Gatlinburg from the back porch.

On the main level, you'll find the kitchen, eat-in area, living room with gas fireplace, one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom and an arcade/game area.
The Upstairs Loft bedroom, which is open to below (see photos) hosts a queen bed and a half bath.

You'll find 2 Smart Tv's in the Chalet. One in the main level bedroom and the other is above the fireplace in the living room. Guests will need to bring their own passwords for Netflix, Amazon, Disney + etc. For your entertainment, there are also 2 arcades and a variety of board games.

There will be a starter supply of: toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing liquid, dish washer pods, coffee (k-cups), teas, creamers and sugars. There is a grocery store located approximately 5 miles away should you need to purchase other items needed.

This is a No Pet, No Smoking Cabin with a Maximum Occupancy of 4 Guests. Smoking is only allowed OUTSIDE. This rule is strictly enforced. If a guest brings a pet, or have more than 4 guests, they will be asked to leave/vacate immediately and will not be refunded for any part of their reservation for days not used. (Owner allergic).

Security: Please note that there are 24 hour security at the resort and cameras video/audio monitor all exterior doors. Cameras do not have a view of the hot tub and there are no cameras or recording devices on the interior of the property.

Hosts are always a phone call, email or text away and happy to help with anything needed.

***When booking- guests will be required to submit a copy of their drivers license to the hosts- names to match the person on the credit card that VRBO has on file Driver's license needed within 24 hours of booking. Trip/Travel insurance is always recommended for any stay. ***
