Black Mold
Condo is full of black mold! Should have read reviews before I reserved because the mold had been present for a LONG TIME per previous reviews on their management website. There was no resolution done to rid the black mold because it is still present. Husband got very sick so our week vacation ended up with an evening to urgent care then a whole next day to ER because he passed out. Was diagnosed with a respiratory infection caused from an airborne foreign substance he was breathing! Will be seeing doctor here back at home to determine the foreign substance.

Home away from home
Was here for a birthday weekend get away. Condo was perfect except that upon entry there was an ordor. Found that it was coming from disposal in kitchen sink. There wasn’t quiet enough bathcloths but over all it was very clean and a great location. Neighbors next door was a little loud late at night every night but neighborhood itself was very quiet, nice, safe and close to town. Will definitely book here again. Check in and out was a breeze.

Great location
We loved our stay at this property. We were close to the main strip by only a 5 minute walk. We were able to park our car underneath the building which was a plus. The only complaint was some cosmetic damage to the furniture and the floor in the bathroom. The shower in the king bedroom did leak. You would need to put a large towel down to catch all the water. There was some damage to the baseboard from this as well since it has been an issue for awhile. We loved the location, the size, layout, and jacuzzi tub. This was our first condo rental but will not be our last.

The property had a mold problem that we discovered through the course of the week. There were new leaks in our ceiling as well as indications of past leaks and water damage with the inevitable growth of mold as a result. The employees on-site were friendly and helpful and did their jobs, but we couldn't handle the mold and had to leave early because of allergies.

Location was great, a little walk to downtown but easily doable. Condo as described, even the shower issue in the master. Put down extra towels to sop up the flood and you'll be fine.

Perfect location to downtown Gaitlinburg and the Smokies
We had a wonderful visit! Everything was in working order. We came with another couple and had privacy but a great space to congregate. Nice view of the pool when it is available. Easy walk to downtown Gaitlinburg. We didn’t drive but walked everyone but the park. Short drive to Forks Motor Trail. You are a bit off the main road which is so nice due to the traffic and crowds. I would definitely recommend this place.

problems in bathrooms
The shower in the master bath has a gap at the floor that leaks copious amounts of water while showering. This seems to be a problem that has been there for some time as it's mentioned the the guest book. There is a water stain on the ceiling above that shower that indicates it may also be a problem in the unit above 312. There may also be a slight leak in the right sink in the other bathroom as well.

Great Location
Great location, just as other reviews say .. you felt a sense of privacy while just a short walk away from town. It was quiet and clean. I gave only 4 stars due to the condition of the condo. Other reviews stated a few things and while they were dated a while ago, those still hadn’t been addressed. The unit was cleaned very well, but the shower in the master leaked horribly .. every time you took a shower someone could have bathed in the water left on the floor! And you could tell it’s been doing it a while due to the water damage on the cabinets. Small things like the still-missing dining chair (especially since we had 6 people and only 5 chairs), the worn rugs in the bathrooms, a kitchen cabinet light cover broken, poor caulk job in the master bathroom around the shower, and a hairy towel. That one was gross. It looked clean on the outside but when you opened it up on the other side it was clear someone used the towel to shave or something and it would have taken another wash ... or perhaps a lint roller😬. Things like this that previous guests have noted that still weren’t addressed just tells me it’s no big deal to the owner. Be your own guest and if you would be bothered by these things then they should be addressed as soon as they are mentioned.

Very Clean and a Great Location
We were very pleased with this property. I comfortably slept two adults and 4 teenage girls. It's within easy walking distance of everything and they had a great time walking down to the strip for lunch and shopping. Very comfortable accommodations!

Great Place
The condo was very well furnished with complete kitchen utensils and appliances. Very comfortable. Also, close to town, easy 10 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg or take the trolley from condo to town.

This condo was A++. Perfect location. It was an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Right in the middle of all of the shopping and dining. The condo exceeded our expectations. Our view was great, overlooking the pool with the mountains in the background. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our getaway. We had our granddaughter and my parents with us and their was plenty of room for us all. It was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us we could walk downtown to shop or to eat. I would definitely come back here to stay again.

Just what we hoped for.
The condo was clean and the beds were comfy. There was a basic starter of (toilet paper, paper towels and a trash bag in each trash can) As with most rentals that aren't a HOTEL you will need to bring more of the above listed and napkins, shampoo, etc. The only thing that kept me from a 5 star rating was while we were loading the car at 10:00 (checkout time) the automatic locks on the door switched, locking us out and I had to find someone from housekeeping to let us back in the room at 10:05 for our last bit of stuff and a quick walk through. Would have been nice to know that the locks change PROMPTLY at 10:00.....and had those ladies not been available, that could have been a real nightmare.

Clean and convenient!
We enjoyed our 3 day weekend at this condo! Very roomy, clean and so convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. The 1 thing I would recommend to the owners is to have coffee filters and salt and pepper shakers stocked in the condo. We have rented homes and condos for years and this was the first one that did not have those items for the renters. You won't regret renting this place!

Perfect Gatlinburg Getaway
Forget about the hassle of driving and parking while on vacation. This immaculate condo, with it's ideal location, makes it possible to walk to anyplace on the strip. My family especially enjoyed the short walk to The Village each morning for fresh doughnuts and hot coffee at the Doughnut Friar. The condo is very spacious and has a great kitchen and dining area. Perfect for feeling like home away from home. Having a washer and dryer allows for light packing. We packed the basics and washed as we needed. It was great not having to do laundry when we got home. The bedrooms and bathrooms have a lot of room. So much better than a cramped, musty hotel room. And having 3 televisions allowed us all the ability to watch our favorite programs without any fuss. The master is quite large and has a jetted tub that is perfect for soaking the aches away after a day of hiking the local trails. The entire complex is very clean and secure. The units are accessible by interior corridor. A code is required to use the elevator which adds an extra layer of security. You can drive to Pigeon Forge in about 10 minutes from this location. There is a really good grocery store just up the road on Hwy 321 along with several other stores like Dollar General. My family and I have been coming to Gatlinburg for over 30 years. Most of our trips we stayed in hotels and cabins. I have to say that this stay was probably the best! The unit is so much cleaner, newer and more spacious than any hotel room. And staying in a cabin is nice but there is so much driving involved. I encourage you to book this unit and see for yourself just how great it is. My son's exact words upon entry were, "Now this is what I'm talking about!" If he was that impressed, I know you will be too. We are already planning a return visit to this exact unit.
