We loved this home. The location is great. The cabin was very nice gave both couples their own space at night. Loved the games especially the golf gamewill be staying again we did end up staying two extra nights game

Overall pleasantly surprised. I’m sure the owners would want to know that whoever is cleaning the house is missing a lot of spots. Sticky floors near the refrigerator and some grimy greasy stuff on the counters. I cleaned it up upon arrival. The dumpster was full while exiting.

Cute Cabin and Great Location, but Poor Communication
My husband & I rented this location for an anniversary getaway. We were coming from Ohio (over 7 hours away). However, the overall experience was FAIR at best. But mostly disappointing. Before our stay, I had sent 2 messages to the property owner, & never heard back. So we were pretty hesitant anyways with how things were starting. Upon arrival & our check in time (which was listed for 4pm), I still had not heard from the owner, & I had to message them for the code to get in. Once getting into the cabin, it was cute and fit the description, but the inside temperature was over 80 degrees. We tried everything to get the AC working, & never heard back from the owner until AFTER we had contacted Vrbo & they got ahold of them. We eventually were told that a maintenance man would be there within the next 24 hours. But we spent the first night in a cabin that reached nearly 85 degrees. The next day was wasted due to waiting for maintenance to show up, who finally fixed everything. But we lost out on an entire day that we had plans for, & were unable to make up for. Overall, communication between the owner & guests is HORRIBLE, especially when you are spending over $250 A NIGHT. We did get a refund, but not satisfactory for what we spend & lost out on. I just hope that after our ordeal, the property owner improves communication between the people that are renting from them & spending hard earned money to travel, & this doesn't happen to the next couple.

Best Cabin Ever Gatlinburg TN
Our check in was a bit frustrating because our door code was not ever sent to us before arrival. We had to contact VRBO to contact the host to get in. The location and cabin all in all was a great place to stay. A few disappointments that I had was there was a lack of bath towels and wash clothes. Neither of the two exhaust fans in the bathrooms worked. The tv in the upstairs bedroom had several remotes and none of them turned on the tv and we did not want to waste our vacation time troubleshooting it. The blinds in the front room were broke, not to extent that they didn’t function, just cosmetically unappealing for the cost of the cabin. The Arcade game units downstairs were not on or unavailable when we wanted to use them.

Loved the area we stayed in but cabin needed work
I don’t think the owner of our cabin lives in the area since we had to call her to get our code to unlock the door. The company she is using for the upkeep of her cabin, is not doing a good job. We sent her a list of all the problems and repairs that it’s in need of. We thought it was important that she know so the cabin can be a better experience for the next renter. We will be going back next year but choosing another cabin in that same area.

Great place for family or friends!
The cabin was bigger than expected! Fun game room and beautiful view from porch. Only small negative about this is that There’s not much of anything in the kitchen. Cookware, had to use a paper towel for coffee filters. Literally the only thing available for use was pepper (salt was empty). Overall a great stay

Best Cabin Ever
This really was the best cabin ever. The decor was perfect and cabin was spacious. The game room and Hot Tub were used every day. In the morning we had our coffee on the back porch and enjoyed the Mountain View. Never a dull moment while in this cabin! The cabin was very clean except some of the kitchen cookware. The air conditioning went out and we messaged the owner. The next day it was fixed. Great service! Overall, we would definitely come back to the BEST CABIN EVER.

Gorgeous cabin!
This cabin is in a great location with lots to do! If you use the pull out mattress, bring a blow up mattress. The views are great, the trees block the views a little. The showers & rooms are very spacious! Great cabin for the whole family!

We enjoyed ourselves but would not stay here again. Walked in to a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, dirty counters, non working ice maker, trash over the back rail, light out in fridge, ripped couches, stains on mattress pads and pillows, and old mattresses.

So convenient!
This location is perfect! You get the convenience of being close to town and the park entrance while still getting that cabin feel. Beautiful view from the top balcony. The game room was a great place to hang out once we returned from hiking. Owners very responsive!

The property could use some updated furnishings! Couch cushions were very worn and tired. Kitchen supplies could also use some updating. The mattress in the upper bedroom makes lots of noise which was very distracting.

We liked the cabin and location - trees could be trimmed so you could see the view of the Mtns. We did not like that fact they we had to strip the beds and gather all the laundry and place in a try room. That is what we are paying a high cleaning fee for. Also better instructions for the TV and also the games downstairs. Took us awhile to figure out the light switch ( not labeled ) actually turns these items on. Other than that we liked it. Cozy.
