Echo Playssa on yli 1,580 SF asuintilaa, jossa on paljon ympäröiviä kuistia ja kannet. Makuuhuone ja kylpyamme kolmessa tasossa tekevät ihanteellisesta asennuksesta yksityisyyttä, kun useampi kuin yksi pari / perhe kokoontuu hauskanpitoon Smokiesissa. Nukkuu jopa kuusi (6) aikuista ja kolme (3) lasta mukavasti. Runsaasti hyvin valaistuja pysäköintialueita vähintään 4 ajoneuvoa varten. Nolla astuu päätyyteen!

Main Levelissa on makuuhuone, jossa on king-vuode ja kerrossängyt lapsille / nuorille, HDTV ja DVD-soitin. Kylpyhuone on jaettu tärkein olohuone. Avoin keittiö / ruokailu / olohuone HDTV / DVD-soittimella ja Bluetooth-surround-ääni omien musiikkiasi varten. Valtava kivi takka, huiman katot, runsaasti lasia / ranskalaiset ovet kannelle ja metsään tekevät tästä tilasta näyttävän valtavaa. Päästötason kannetila sisältää suuren katetun kuistin, jossa on piknikpöytä, avoin terassi, jossa on adirondack-tuolit ja baari, jossa on istuimet näkymiin ja vuoristoilmaan. Myös puoli-tuomioistuin shuffleboard pois parkkipaikalla tekee suurta ulkona hauskaa. Retkeilykeskus on sisäänkäynnillä, jossa on 3 sarjaa vaellusreikiä, kiikareita ja ruckpack täynnä hätätiloja.

Loft Level on Queen-vuode w / lapsi makuutila, oma kylpyhuone ja ranskalaiset ovet johtavat mukava parveke ja oleskelualue. HDTV w / DVD-soittimella.

Alemmalla tasolla on kolmas makuuhuone, jossa on king-vuode, HDTV ja DVD-soitin, UT-teemahuone ja virkistyskeskus. Kylpyhuone on jaettu rec huoneen ja makuuhuoneen välillä. Virkistys sisältää kauniin käsityönä tehdyt shuffleboard-pöydän, foosball-pöydän ja 3-in-1 puskurin poolin / pokerin / pelipöydän. Mukava poikkipinta elokuvateattereiden katselemiseen suurella surround-äänellä HDTV ja Bluetooth-teatterilla. Paljon elokuvia ja pelejä tarjotaan käyttöösi sekä useita lautapelejä.
Off Rec Room on suljettu seulotaan kuistilla kuplivaa kylpytynnyri ja mukavat istuimet ottaa yöllä. Ruokailualue on aivan ulkona (tuo oma hiili).
Kaapeli-tv ja internet sekä runsaasti elokuvia paikan päällä perhe-elokuva-ilta.
Tämä mökki on saanut loistavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Great Smoky Mountainsin kansallispuisto. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla vesipuisto, poreallas ja pelihalli/-huone. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Thanks to all of the space and amenities in this house, the only time we left was to go skiing at Ober, which was incredibly close. We have gone on many trips over all the country, this was by far the best experience we have had and are looking forward to returning with our whole gang!

Mountain stay but close to town
We rented this and met my parents there for the holiday. Location was great. Less than 5 min drive to Ober or to the Gatlinburg strip. There was a total of 6 people. This house fit our needs perfectly. 3 levels and each level has a bedroom and bathroom. All 3 showers had pretty decent water pressure (this is a must for ladies). House was equipped enough for us to cook a few meals there. Has a full size washer/dryer thats available to use. Hot tub is in a screened in area off the bottom level. We were there for just over 1 hour and were in the hot tub area when we saw a bear come walking down the stairs from the upper deck. He walked about 3-5 ft away from us. That was the only bear sighting we had but with it being so cold, our outdoor time was limited. Jay and Susan were fantastic hosts. Quick to respond to emails. Hope to stay here again. Tip: bring extra pillowsPro tip: take directions from Jay and ignore your GPS. The gps will take you over the treacherous mountain roads at night and you will arrive on a wing and a prayer. Jay’s directions take you through Gatlinburg and a straight shot up to the cabin. Even gridlocked traffic will be better than the GPS directions. Trust me.

Daily bear activity!
The house was all that we needed. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The hot tub was wonderful after hiking all day! Parking was easy. The host was very responsive with answers to questions. It was dated & could use new carpet & brighter paint. But, the bear activity was exciting! We enjoyed watching the bears daily! We would definitely rent this house again!

Wonderful family cabin
This was a great cabin for a family. We had a total of 6 adults, 3 kids under 4yo, and 1 baby. It accommodated all of us very well. If you want to see bears, this is the place! We saw bears all three days we were there. We will definitely book again.

Needs a good cleaning, simple maintenance, and updated.
We don't believe the cabin was cleaned before we arrived. We had to clean and kill a bunch of ants that were crawling all over the living room. Upon lifting the rug we found old food that looked to be swept under there. We had a water leak that had to be repaired our first day there and had no air conditioning for most of the week until someone came to repair it, which I believe was on Thursday. There is not one comfortable seat in the living area so I think it's time for some updating. I am not trying to get a free vacation as another reviewer was accused of trying. We were very disappointed in renting the cabin for our stay and would never make the same mistake twice. Back in the day it would have been ideal but in the present day it is not.

Bear-Filled Stay in the Smoky Mountains
Our family vacation to Smoky Mountain National Park and Dollywood was made better by our rental home. It had ample space and many amenities, including a hot tub and access to a community pool. Although the bathrooms are a bit outdated and the bears are definitely smart enough to get into your car, we had a great time and would stay here again.

The Beary Best!
Wow! We decided to take a much-needed vacation to the Smokies with our whole family, and Echo Place truly delivered! The location was incredibly convenient—just a 10-minute drive to Gatlinburg and 25 minutes to Pigeon Forge, so we were right in the heart of everything. The cabin was perfect for our group of eight, with ample space for everyone to find a little privacy or rest when needed. The views were spectacular, and we had the added excitement of regular(daily) visits from two neighborhood black bears. (A reminder: don’t feed the bears, keep your cars locked, and use the bear bins for your trash!) We saw several neighbors, unfamiliar with how clever bears can be, having their cars searched by these curious visitors. When we return to the Smokies, we’ll definitely try to stay here again—it was that great! Thank you so much to the owners for Hosting us!

The house was great!!! Plenty of room for everyone to be together but also have their own space. Communication with Jay was great, he answered my questions immediately and sent all information quickly and accurately. The place was just as it was pictured. The bears were beautiful, inquisitive, and in abundance but that is what the Smoky Mountains are know for. I will definitely rent this house again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Echo Place. Jay was very easy to work with and communicated well about the cabin and very quickly. We saw bears each day of our stay around the cabin. The community pool was also very clean and had an attendant on duty.

Another amazing vacation in the books
Nice sized cabin, up in the mountains. We saw 9 bears during our stay, one which tore our vehicle door handle off trying to get in (it was locked), but that’s what happens up in the mountains. Everything was cleaned and nice! It is a steep and curvy drive up to the cabin, but it’s within minutes to Gatlinburg ♥️

From day one we loved the place. We saw a momma bear and her two cubs. Super friendly. The house stayed cool, and we were able to enjoy the scenery and make beautiful memories with our kids.
