Adventure into Gatlinburg in our cozy + modern RV.
Located in Outdoor Resorts @ Gatlinburg a reaort community of long time residents, you’ll find that you’re safe, even if you choose to travel here solo! (There’s even laundry facilities to accommodate longer stays!)
This location hosts an outdoor fireplace with seating for your nights in front of the fire beside the creek… to an open kitchen for home cooked meals. No matter the occasion!
If you enjoy hiking we have multiple trails and waterfalls surrounding our immediate area. If you’re looking for a short ride to downtown for shopping and tourist attractions, this is the perfect fit without breaking the budget!
Some of our guests enjoy walking around our beautiful community and swimming when the weather permits, some of our guests enjoy adventuring! Either preference, everyone loves the environment of our modern yet comfortable RV.

Quiet Getaway
This is the best spot to be less than10-15 minutes outside of Gatlinburg. (25ish mins from Pigeon Forge) You get the best of the public in town then onto the RV for the most quiet serene getaway I’ve ever experienced. The campground is more like a community. Everyone was very friendly & welcoming. Pets are allowed as well & we loved that. The RV was very clean, well equipped and the outdoor fireplace & grill along with picnic table & chairs were perfect for our fall trip! The creek is right outside the back of the RV and is so peaceful. We will def be back. 4 mins down the road is a very well stocked “grocery/gas station with everything you could think of needing. Dollar General is 4 mins away as well. This is also a gated RV neighborhood and we felt safe the entire time with our children. 110% recommend. Our family of 5 fit perfect.

Great getaway spot in Gatlinburg!
Very nice camper and campground! Owner was very nice and helped us thru the check in process it was super easy! We had one small issue but the owner jumped on it right away and took care of it right away!! This is a super quiet relaxing spot! It’s also really close to all the attractions in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and all surrounding areas!! Definitely will be back!

Gorgeous and cozy
The property is immaculate, the resort is well-stocked with great amenities, and Christy couldn’t have been nicer or more communicative. We had 6 people in the RV, including teenagers and kids under 5, and we were still very comfortable. Highly recommend if you want to stay off the beaten path and have some peace and quiet!

Good for the money
It was quite hot so during the day like most campers the AC could not keep up, but it was not an issue for us as we were gone or outside. At night AC was fine. Campground is mostly permanent campers so not a lot of kids. The boys had fun playing in the creek & fishing in the small lake. The lake has a lot of catfish about 15" range that they were able to catch. Pool is a bit hike or you can hope in the car and drive. Drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge is easy and takes about 30 minutes. There was an open site next door and if this were available we would probably stay again and bring our Class C so the whole family can camp comfortably.

A/C and Communication Issues
On arrival thermostat was at 84 even though set at 73. Followed owner's suggestion of closing some vents in main bedroom. An hour later, it was 86-87 degrees. Owner told us to reopen bedroom vents and wait another hour since it was a hot day. After another hour, had difficulty reaching owner. Texted, VRBO messaged, and left a vm. Finally heard back that she was sending her cleaning lady. Cleaning lady adjusted back room's manual a/c to high, put main thermostat to 68. Said it was hottest it had ever been inside earlier when cleaning so she closed blinds. In a.m. it was 75 and rising. Closed bedroom vents again while waiting an hour for owner to respond. Condensation formed on vents and dripped everywhere so reopened vents. Owner finally said she was contacting a/c guy. We told her we couldn't wait around losing another day of our vacation. We hoped she would reimburse us for the remaining time. Later that day she texted that a/c guy found two ceiling vents open in kitchen/bathroom and bedroom vents were all open contributing to hot living area. I told her we had never stayed in an RV and never touched those nor knew we should. Neither cleaning lady nor owner said anything about them either. Reminded her that when we closed bedroom vents that morning, condensation dripped everywhere so we had to reopen them. She never responded. Disappointed that owner did not reimburse for partial stay after a/c and communication issues. Would not recommend to novice RV renters.

Very relaxing
The RV was everything we expected and more. Our boys wanted to go fishing and camping and that’s just what we did the lake there is stocked its catch & release. They caught fish after fish and had a great time. We loved sitting by the fire at night with the little creek behind it. The RV has everything you need and was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Enjoyed the stay
We enjoyed the steps down to the water. The swimming pool was very nice. Nothing to do with the host, but make sure you bring quarters if you want to play anything in the game room. Putt putt was free and the kids had fun with it. For the property there is a picnic table so if you want any other seating bring a chair. Main bed is very comfy and that room stays cool. Bathroom in the camper is clean and the camper is close enough to use the bath house if you need to. I would say no one heavy can sleep on the loft type bed. It didn’t feel sturdy, but our kids were small enough and enjoyed sleeping on the couch. :) Over all for the price we enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond back when I had a question. Check in was easy. Campground was nice. It wasn’t too far from all the fun stuff in gatlinburg and there is a grocery store not far. We enjoyed camping without having to set it all up. Lol

Comfortable after busy day
Our stay was only for a night and we got in late and had to leave the next morning. Everything was as described and the camper was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We didn’t have to do any cooking, but we had necessary dishes and a toaster for a quick breakfast before leaving. We didn’t have time to see what the campground had to offer as far as pools, but if ever in the Gatlinburg area again, we would stay here if available.

RV resort very relaxing
The rv was perfect for us. Great location with the tranquil creek running by the back of rv. We barbecue and used the fire place outside. The rv was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We will like to come back.

Great place to relax and unwind
Our family (2 teenagers) and my parents stayed for a long weekend. It was everything we needed. Space to stretch out and enjoy nature, build a fire, listen to the creek, view the mountains, play games and enjoy each other. The camper had everything we needed and any issues were promptly addressed. The camper was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The campground was pretty quiet for our Spring Break trip but I can tell this place is probably LOADS of fun in the summer when everyone is there. Would love to come back again and see this gounds bustling with activity. Favorite part - the ice cream truck that came around every evening. Yes, teenagers still get excited for an ice cream truck!
