Outdoor & Indoor Pools are open! This is a beautiful condo with AMAZING views located just minutes from Ober Ski Resort and downtown Gatlinburg. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, complete with a full kitchen to enjoy a nice meal. In the summer months enjoy the outdoor pool. In the winter months, enjoy the indoor pool at the club or stay in and enjoy the wood burning fireplace. Great for a family or a couple's getaway to Gatlinburg to enjoy all of the attractions.

The views will take your breath away. The condo is very well decorated and gives a feeling of home. Why stay in a hotel when this place offers all of the amenities, but better?

Guest has access to the entire complex at the Summit. There is a very nice outdoor area by the club house that has gas grills, picnic tables and a small playground with a basketball goal. In the summer months enjoy the outdoor pool and patio area to cool off. Includes at the club house is a large laundry mat. Please note, this is a condo and you may have guests staying in the units beside or above you.

We like to let our guest feel at home and have their privacy when staying. We are close by and available however if anything is needed.

The condo is located on the 1st floor offering the best views around. Easy access to the condo. This is a popular overnight rental complex. You may have neighbors above you and beside you.

We want to reiterate utilizing a 4X4 vehicle when traveling to and from the condo, as well as all over Gatlinburg. The roads are paved and should be fine in any vehicle, but again, we cannot predict inclement weather that may cause issues for smaller vehicles.

We do not provide the firewood for the fireplace. It is provided via the complex in a seasonal manner.

Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, and bathing items are provided!

Great for a family or couples.
Amenities: seasonal fireplace, your own private Wi-Fi, smart TV w/ Roku+cable. There's a playground, outdoor pool. EZ access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

We suggest travel insurance for all bookings in case of any unpredictable circumstances being able to make the trip.

HOA has a strict- No pet policy. We fully comply with FDA service animal request; however, Emotion Support Animals (ESA) are not permitted. Service animals that are individually trained to do work with disabilities are welcomed. Comfort or Emotional support Animals are not Service Animals and therefore not permitted. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is an HOA rule that is strictly enforced, of which I have no control over.

Great Condo!
The condo was clean and had plenty of amenities for our weekend stay. It was nice having the indoor pool available. Check in process was easy and smooth. We had zero issues! Would definitely stay here again!

Very Disappointed
I was very excited about my trip to be met with a mountain of disappointments. The property was not ready for my arrival and I reserved this property back in the summer. Though the property manager did respond, they did not resolve the issue with outstanding customer service. I was very disappointed with the host as well as Vrbo as a whole. This isn’t my first time using Vrbo but this has by far been the worst experience I have every had with any property!

Check in was at 4 , we arrived at 4:30 they were just getting there to clean , the photo didn’t really look like the ones online . We were only the 1st floor the neighbors up stairs walked so hard all night long didn’t get any good sleep. Balcony screen door was broken. The unit could use an upgrade and a paint job. Overall 2

Great Place for our needs
Overall, this property provided everything we needed. The road up the mountain can be a little intimidating, especially in the dark, but not unexpected in a mountain location. It was a quick drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the National Park. We had a lot of bear activity near the property. Good location and just the right size for our group. Easy check in and check out!

Perfect for a short stay
We had a nice weekend getaway here. My only complaint is that the people above us stomped around alllllllll night. No fault of this condo though. Don't leave food in your car because a bear will get into it and eat all your snacks. That was interesting. Over all we really enjoyed our time here.

Was clean an easy to access
It was a little older than i previously thought. It was not cleaned prior to arrival, however the property manager had it cleaned within the first night. They did a good job cleaning the condo.

The view was wonderful. First time up the mountain was a bit scary but eventually it became easier. Condo was very clean but we had an issue with bees. We had a great stay. Smoky Mountains are magnificent.

Old and dirty
First I would like to say it has a beautiful view of the mountains. The interior of this unit was dirty and outdated. The bed was comfortable and the showers are nice. Kitchen was a disaster very few items to cook with or utensils. The countertops were greasy. It does not have an ice maker a Keureg only so bring your own coffee and it’s best to stock up on paper plates and silverware if you are coming with multiple people .

Wonderful Getaway
A little bit of TLC could make this 5 instead of 4 stars. The views and location were phenomenal, but the property needed just a little more care. The back door did not lock, the screen was not in tact, and there were a couple of areas of dusting I had to clean up when I arrived. But overall it was a great sty.

We stayed for one night with our kids ages 8 & 10. The property itself is clean but the condo had a heavy smell of food. The bathroom sinks had black hair in them and the faucet handles were not clean. The WiFi password was not given to us until 4 hours after our arrival. You will not get cell service without it. The back door didn’t lock, the master bed was not comfortable either. If I had to do it all over again I would stay somewhere else.

The place was clean, beds and furniture very comfortable. During our stay a bear made his way through the parking lot pulling on door handles I suggest you keep your vehicle locked, he managed to get into a couple of vehicles, made for some good pictures and very entertaining

Lovely stay!
My husband and I stayed here for a weekend trip! Very spacious and clean with lots of thoughtful touches around the space from the host including towels folded into swans and a variety of other cute additions. Bed was very comfortable and there would’ve been plenty of room for another couple to stay as well. Kitchen has everything needed for making at home meals! We hope to be back!!
