Amazing 3 bedroom cabin with private indoor heated pool. Enjoy views from your outdoor living area while relaxing in front of the outdoor fireplace or while playing a game of cornhole. Relax under the stars in your 101 degree hot tub. Gather indoors in great room while the kids play in the game room with foosball and arcade games. The whole family will enjoy the private in door theater room with tiered theater seating. 2 king bedrooms and kids bedroom with queen over queen bunk beds

2 stars at best dirty and need repairs
I recently stayed at Elk Springs Resorts, and my experience, despite some positives, fell short of expectations for a purported 5-star resort. Areas of Concern: Cleanliness: The accommodation lacked cleanliness standards, with visible dust in vents and filters, as well as under furniture, creating an unpleasant environment. Stained Linens: Master bed sheets had noticeable blood stains, an unacceptable issue for a 5-star resort. Towel Quality: The provided towels were rough, some even stained. Incorporating fabric softener could enhance the guest experience. Maintenance Issues: The BBQ didn't light, and the pool was unheated. Staff advised me to buy a lighter, couldn't provide one for the BBQ, and there were burnt-out light bulbs, a poorly lit driveway, and a loud AC condenser. Broken Fixtures: The upstairs bathroom sink had broken components, leading to limited hot water access and constant adjustment. Neglected Amenities: Copper tubs, a potential highlight, were tarnished and neglected, detracting from their appeal. Additionally, garbage was uncollected, requiring guests to dispose of it elsewhere. Overall, the conditions resembled a budget hotel rather than a luxury resort, impacting the overall experience. A substantial price reduction (at least 30%) would better reflect the actual value.

This property was great for our family. It kept the kids busy while allowing us parents to relax a bit too. Very clean, hot tub worked great, pool was approx 85°, theater room directions were clear on how to use equipment, arcade games were a hit, and outdoor area was well equipped.

Great stay!!
So much to do on this property! We enjoyed the hot tub, theater room, fooseball table, and so much more! Weather was beautiful, house was beautiful ( love the cross and the American flag hanging on the walls!!)

Cleanliness Ruined our stay
This cabin is well designed, in a great location and has many amenities. However, it was simply unclean. The floors and counters all had dust/dirt on them and the sheets and blankets didn't appear to have been cleaned or changed from the prior visit. There were things on them that should not have been there. We spent the first few hours of our stay cleaning and laundering everything. The cleaning fee we paid as part of our reservation was not put to good use. Also, the fireplaces in the great room and upstairs bedroom did not work. This is a great cabin but the lack of cleanliness is not easily overcome. We were disappointed.

Amazing house with spectacular views
House was amazing just as described in the listing. Able to entertain all age groups in our family for vacation from 2 through 39. We will definitely be looking into this property again when we come back to Tennessee

5 Star Cabin in the Wooded Hills
5 Star Cabin in the wooded hills. Great get away. Very Clean, new build. Good location. Lots of space. We enjoyed the pool, fireplaces, media room, and game room. Only con was a steep gravel driveway, but after all, it is a cabin in the hills.

Barrel top lodge
This cabin was amazing! Very clean, and beautiful! If you have a hard time with steps this isn’t for you, it’s three levels and the master is top level. Also the driveway is gravel and steep. Only downfall was it was right beside another cabin, you share a driveway. Overall awesome cabin and the company Elk Springs was great! Will definitely be there again! Well worth the money.
