The hotel is perfectly situated for access to the town and its many places to eat. Plenty of parking if you have a vehicle. The staff were nice the rooms were clean but, and it’s a big but, the hot water never got above tepid it wasn’t hot enough to shave and on the last morning it wasn’t even hot enough to shower. I did ask if the temperature could be turned up but was told no. This is a real shame because it would have had five stars.

The room we had booked did not allow pets, and they couldn’t get us in a pet friendly room that had a balcony nor a fireplace, so I feel we overpaid for the room. The beds were very firm and not comfortable. Tv kept going in and out and did not have ESPN. The hotel is old and in need of serious updating. Staff was super friendly. Great location. Overall I’d rate a five out of 10.

Only one knob for heat unit 2nd knob missing Noise as well See outside around door Dim lit room Paint all over carpet and switch covers Cold air around outlets Elevator not working Dirty room. Our stay at Creekside
we truly enjoyed our stay. Only a couple minor gliches but nothing major........... the maid did not shut the door hard enough one day and was left unlocked and opened. The room was getting renovated so we werent able to hang our clothes. I made due with the towel holder. (no closet) Also no toilet paper holder, We had asked for a certain view but the elevator was broken so they booked us in the hotel closer to the office. No ones fault about elevator, but really looking forward to the other view rather than the parking lot. Breakfast was very good!

How they have it set up is terrible your room is a block away from the front desk and you have to drive or walk depending on how the weather is for breakfast so I decided to book another day no biggie so I decided to check my bank account and the lady at the front desk charged me twice not only that she charged me twice when I checked out I checked my account again and she charged my card a third time I will not be returning to this hotel ever again hadn't I checked my account she would've gotten away with it

We arrived early in the morning for our stay. We were greeted both pleasantly and professionally by Andre. He gave us all the information for our stay. When I needed it repeated, he did so while being both patient and polite, giving us a good feeling right at the start. We enjoyed our clean, quiet, and comfortable room and ended our stay with a well made and tasty breakfast. All of our interactions with staff made us feel like welcomed guests!!!👍❤️

Elevator didn’t work so we had to walk down the giant hill to eat and back up the hill to get to our room! Doors on the room didn’t work properly either. The place needs updating bad!!

Comfortable place to rest after a long day in gatlinburg. Door handle was not secured to the door and you had to open the door in a specific way. Toilet would either not flush or flush and then took FOREVER to fill back up. Other than that, great location and nice hotel.

We checked in which was easy however we got to our room, tiredfrom the drive, found out the tv did not work on iver half the channels so went we went for breakfast the following mirning we told the front desk, he said that he would have someone fix it that day, we got back that night and no one had fixed the issue. So again the next mirning we went back down to the office and told the front desk again and again he said that he would let maintenance kniw we also at that time told him about the light above the mirror flickering and he said he again would let maintenance know again we come back that evening and you guessed it nothing was done. We did not go back down the following mirning we figured ut was not going to get fixed that they would again give us the same song and dance so upon checking out we told a different front desk attendant and he did not see the paper that the other front desk wrote everything down on. We also let them know at this time about the shower head constantly dripping and the sink faucet not turning off unless you found the sweet spot. We did not mention the soiled lamp shades because at this point i was already annoyed that things were not repaired while we were there and just felt it was no big deal. Would not let me add photos or the video of the tv not working properly or the video of the light flickering...

Horrible! Disgusting!
Horrible Experience – Stay Away! I don’t usually write reviews, but my stay at this hotel was so bad that I feel compelled to warn others. The conditions were disgusting from the moment I walked in. The carpet was filthy, stained, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The fireplace was broken and looked like it hadn’t worked in ages. The bathroom was no better – the shower was dirty, with soap scum and grime all over, and the mirror was smeared with fingerprints. To make matters worse, there were bugs crawling around in the room. On top of all that, the room had a horrible smell, like a mix of mustiness and something else foul. I couldn’t even bear to stay there. I ended up leaving and finding another hotel nearby, as I couldn’t see any reason to stick around in such a terrible place. They refused to give me a refund, which just made the whole experience worse. I strongly advise anyone thinking of booking here to stay away. It’s not worth the risk, no matter how cheap it seems. Look elsewhere!
