Kyllä, keittiö on täysin varustettu runsaalla määrällä lautasia, kuppeja, mukeja, ruokia ja kattiloita ja pannuja avuksesi. Keittiössä on myös 2 kohteliasta roskakoria, 2 astianpesukonepakkausta, astiasaippua ja 1 rulla paperipyyhkeitä. Onko siellä televisioita

Kyllä, jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa sekä olohuoneessa ja virkistyshuoneessa on iso seinälle asennettu TV. Jokaisessa televisiossa on kaapelirasiat. Tarjoamme Netflix, HULU, ESPN, Disney + ROKU: n kautta.

Onko chaletissa mitään pelejä tai aktiviteetteja?

Mökissä on biljardipöytä, lisäksi on Galaca-peli. Jotkut lautapelejä ja pelikortteja tarjotaan myös. Kannella on myös 7 hengen poreallas, josta on näkymät vuorille.

Millaiset tiet ovat matkustamolle pääsemiseksi?

Mökkiin on erittäin helppo päästä, koska tiet ovat leveät ja päällystetyt.

Onko karhuja?

Joo! Meillä on karhuja, jotka vaeltavat alueen ympäri, ja näemme niitä usein. Vaikka ne eivät yleensä ole vuorovaikutuksessa ihmisten kanssa, ole erityisen varovainen, jos näet karhun, ÄLÄ ruoki heitä.

What A Great Getaway
Chalet is beautiful, up-to-date and perfect for our family getaway. Plenty of space to spread out but also feel intimate. Kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the hot tub. If I have any critique at all it’s that there are no hooks or bars to hang wet towels in the top level bathroom.

Great Place with Sharp Curves.
The property was great. The road getting to it was not something I would like to travel on again. A little stressful. Everything else was great including visits from the 🐻s. If you have no issues with sharp curves and being away from the town actions its a great place to stay.

Needs some attention, but we had a great time
We had to sweep the floors when we arrived because they were filthy. All bedroom TVs either didn't have remotes or didn't have Rokus or Firesticks. The common area TVs worked fine. The downstairs master bedroom overhead light didn't work, and the sink in the downstairs master bath was clogged and the sink was coming apart from the countertop so we couldn't plunge it. The area is great, and the views are beautiful! There was plenty of space for our 6 adults and 3 kids. Justin's communication was fast and great. We didn't listen to Justin's warning to keep our doors locked, and bears got in our vehicles. Make sure you lock your doors!

Great view - spacious - but needs attention
Great views of the Smokies and quiet location. Spacious enough for our family. We enjoyed the entertainment of the neighborhood bear who climbed on our vehicles! Yikes! House needs some attention with broken hooks for tp and towels, worn furniture, etc. The listing states a gourmet kitchen but the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and supplies are very worn and need of replacement. The house needs a real good cleaning and touch up on paint. For those with littles just a note - there is not a good place to play outside (besides the bear) and pool is a little drive away. Large windows in the rear of the house are the best and highlight the beauty of the location of the Smokies. Wish we could leave a better review. So sorry!

Great location with beautiful views, plenty of sleeping areas, game room and hot tub enjoyed by children and adults. The only issues: Trash left in trash can for us to take out. Dishes left in dishwasher for us to put up and the most important we ran out of hot water quickly leaving 6 of us having to take cold showers daily. We still had a wonderful stay.

Holiday Vacation
While the location was perfect and the house was pretty this rental definitely did not meet my expectations based on all the reviews we read. Overall we had a nice time but we would not rent at this location again. Check in process was simple and Justin was extremely responsive. When we got in and got settled we found many broken items including the pool table rack, pool cue, arcade game, cabinet, bathroom towel racks, room ceiling lights not working, and we could never get the remote to work on main TV. We tried the other remotes in the house and it didn’t work. We downloaded the FireTV app on our phone and were able to get it to work sporadically. They did have a replacement arcade available. The pictures in my opinion make the house look much larger than it actually. The picture of the bunk bed room is not accurate. There are two very large bunk beds available and there is a trundle underneath that is available but when you pull it out there is no room to walk. The cleanliness of the home was a concern. Dust on ceiling fans in DS bedroom was thick. I made the mistake the first morning of walking from the shower back to the bedroom upstairs and my feet got so dirty I got back in the bath again just to wash my feet. (Lesson learned always wear shoes) Overall it was a nice time, the location was a huge plus, and Justin was great to work with.

Nice location
This cabin was at a spectacular location with amazing views. The kitchen was pretty well equipped with utensils and pans. There is a crock pot. There are also basics like salt and pepper which we greatly appreciated. Wifi worked well which is good for those of us with medical devises that require it! There were plenty of games and toys for the kids to entertain themselves. The owner was a great communicator and alerted us of issues right away. The only suggestions I would have are to bring a fan or noise canceling devise if you sleep downstairs as you can hear every step on the upper level. Bring TP if you have a large party as each bathroom only comes with 1 roll. Other amenities you may need if you have a larger party are trash bags and paper towels. Also, it was in need of a deep clean. The cabin was clean in general but cabinets had film and splatter on them as did the upstairs furniture. All in all it was a great place to stay!

Couldn't Have Been Any Better!
My family and I stayed here from 8/2/22 - 8/7/22. We had 3 generations with us (grandparents, adult children, grandchildren), ranging in age from 70 - 19, and we all had a blast! This house was wonderful, and Justin, the owner, was exceptional! Any time I had a question or a request for anything, he answered within minutes! The view from the house is breathtaking, and there are plenty of things to do for entertainment, and also tons of room for everyone to have their own space! We especially enjoyed the game room, and the hot tub was nice on cool nights. The highlight of the trip was our surprise visitor that came up one morning..... a pretty large bear cub hung out on the front porch for quite a while... "bear"-icading us inside until he left! Wonderful house, wonderful location, wonderful customer service! Couldn't have been any better!

Great family time in the Smokies
We were my husband and myself, 2 adult daughters and their husbands, along with their 6 children (ages 10 months to 10 years). We had a great time at Bearadise (sadly with zero bear sightings). The kitchen is set up well and stocked with most needs. The glaring need was a GOOD can opener (3 onsite and all trash from too many trips through the dishwasher). I would discard some of the kitchen gadgets that are worn out. The pantry area was filled with dishes spread out when we arrived (I know - people don't put things back where they belong!) so I emptied that for our food and stacked some things together. Coffeemaker is both drip and Keurig, which was nice. Bring coffee filters - they aren't supplied. Kitchen stools are nice but too high for the counter so even the kids gave up trying to use them. Otherwise, plenty of seating and there is a bench at the dining table so we could still squeeze in. There is a bedroom (king) on the entry floor with separate bath and laundry. Downstairs are 3 more bedrooms (2 kings, 1 bunk with full over full, 2 baths (1 is ensuite with no window so became the bedroom for baby in packnplay), and a large game room in the middle w/pool table, video game, shuffleboard, and 2 twin daybeds w/trundles (no shades so sleepers may wake up early). Full length deck with smallish hot tub and a few chairs is on the bottom level. The back side of the house is all windows and hosts the sunrise and, during our stay, the moonrise also. Bedrooms and living room all have shades - not room darkening which I thought would be a problem for me but wasn't. I kind of liked seeing the moon through them but we did have to unplug the light string on the deck at night. Upstairs off the dining area is smaller deck with table and 6 chairs. All beds need new sheets as they would no longer stay on at the corners at night. Quilts and pillows were good. House is set up well for someone who has problems with many stairs as entry is adjacent to parking, up 2 steps, and it has a first floor bedroom and bath. Everything was clean, which was a huge relief to us with 2 toddlers and a crawler. Justin assured me the cleaning crew would make sure it was clean and he was good for that. He also was very good with communication, both prior to booking and during the trip. The views are beautiful and we had a fun and relaxing time here with family. Great location near GSNP; free trolley to G'burg is at the bottom of the hill.

Gatlinburg getaway
The renting of this property was a smooth experience. The owner was very accommodating with information and helpful hints for a fun time. However, the bed sheets were not clean in at least 3 bedrooms. We had to launder them ourselves before getting into. There were also extra twin size mattresses but no sheets or blankets to go with them. It’s true what they say about locking your car doors! A bear had gotten into one of ours. Over all this place was a great rental.

Great location, beautiful views and clean home
We rented the house for our annual family reunion and were very happy with the home. It’s in a great location, very close to Gatlinburg downtown. The house had everything you could ask for - lots of space for all of us to hangout, plenty of things to keep children (9-17 year old) busy, hot tub as bed of course the views. Owner was very responsive and addressed any issues/questions promptly.
