This fabulous apartment is the perfect choice for unwinding and discovering the surroundings. Its location in the town of Gaucin ensures the most relaxing stay and the possibility of enjoying some exciting getaways to the outskirts of the village. You will be able to unwind in the gorgeous terraces and relax in the splendid indoor. The decor you will find here has been conceived to provide a great sense of peace and harmony. Incredible Terrace

Flat is in ideal location, on top floor and the view from terrace is just magnificent.Flat is OK, but it would be much better if bedroom is totally separated from bathroom-toilet.Wall separating bedroom from bathroom is not all the way to ceiling and you don’t get proper privacy .Location of the flat is just supper , close to bars and restaurants.We spent one week in this flat , last week of March. Weather was not as we would have preferred but no complain, it was cold, and we could not spend much time on the terrace which is the main attraction of this flat.We were surprised that we had to pay 60 euros extra for heating on the arrival. And the heating couldn’t be controlled by tenants, but it was regulated by the owners.Heating kicked in at 8:00 in the morning and stopped at 10:00 , two hours , and kicked in at 18:00 in the evening until 22:00, for four hours.

Little haven in the sky

We stayed at Atico for the month of January. It was a sun filled space with everything we could have hoped for in a wonderful little village! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, the spectacular views and the very comfortable apartment. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Escape Lodge

Property is really well located in the heart of Gaucin and our hosts were terrific with very prompt check-in. It is newly refurbished and nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Dual aspect gives you options to view the whole of Gaucin and the twin terraces more options to sit. My only build would be that as stated there is no street parking (it's about 800m away) and the property is at the second floor so be prepared for some stairs. Would thoroughly recommend and we will hopefully go back.
