The Quack Shack -Snow Sport Escape w/ Game room!

Welcome to our spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin nestled in the serene winter wonderland of Michaywe, Northern Michigan! This retreat is the ultimate getaway for snow sports enthusiasts! Located just minutes from some of the best ski resorts and snowboarding trails in the region, it offers a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. Enjoy sledding and snowshoeing in nearby trails, or head to the pristine slopes of Treetops Resort and Boyne Mountain, both within a short drive.


We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.

Guests will have access to the whole home and yard. The garage is used for storage and guests will not have access to it. Guests will access the cabin via smartlock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival via text and email.

Ideal for large groups, our cabin boasts ample space for up to 14 guests, ensuring everyone can comfortably unwind and create lasting memories together. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting interior, featuring a stone fireplace and exposed beams but also equipped modern amenities throughout.

The heart of our cabin is the expansive living area, where guests can gather and relax after a day of outdoor adventures. Whether it's cozying up by the fireplace with a good book or enjoying a friendly game of ping pong in the dedicated game room, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Dine together at the large dining table, or take the party outside to the spacious outdoor patio, where you can grill up your favorite BBQ fare amidst the serene surroundings.

After a day of exploration, retreat to one of the five comfortable bedrooms, each offering plush bedding and ample storage space for your belongings. The bunk room is perfect for kids or young-at-heart adults, providing a fun and cozy space to rest and recharge for the next day's adventures.

Make a splash! With a heated indoor pool and hot-tub available in the winter and outdoor pool open during the summer, at the nearby Michaywe Clubhouse, we can offer year-round refreshment, perfect for after a day of exploration.

Our peaceful retreat offers the best of both worlds: relaxation and adventure! Tee off at nearby courses (there are five within minutes!) while enjoying the view from your deck. In winter, hit the slopes at Otsego Resort, Treetops Resort, or Boyne Mountain – all just a short drive away. Craving a taste of local life?
