Es wurde zu sehr mit Bildern getrickst. Beispiel: auf Bildern war ein Sofa und ein Bett abgelichtet. Es war nicht zu erkennen, dass es das Sofa als Bett ist! Das ist eine optische Täuschung die laut EU Verordnung verboten ist. Es kann natürlich sein, dass es in der Beschreibung geschrieben wurde, aber auf Bildern war es nicht deutlich zu erkennen. Aus diesem Grund gibt es einen großen minus Punkt. Bei der Rechnung steht die Kurtaxe drin, aber nicht mehr die Kaution ! Warum? Versteckte Kosten sind nicht gut. Der Preis für 30gm ist viel zu hoch! Um nicht zu sagen übertrieben zu hoch. Da spielt das Argument „ist grade Saison „ keine Rolle. Von meiner Seite brauche ich so eine Erfahrung nicht mehr. Danke und alles gute.

Aufenthalt mit unschönen Überaschungen

Die Lage ist gut durch gute Verkehrsanbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das 18 stöckige Haus ist aber sehr hellhörig, insbesondere wenn während des Aufenthaltes im Haus sehr laute Reparatur Arbeiten durchgeführt werden. An 4 Tagen während unserer 2 wöchentlichen Buchung gab es ab 7:30 höllischen Lärm und darüber hinaus wurde an einem Tag noch das Kaltwasser abgestellt. Da wir vorab keine Information bekommen hatte, stellten wir es erst beim Versuch zu duschen fest, es war (gefühlt) kochend heiß und konnte nicht reguliert werden. Erst nach meinem Anruf im Agentur Büro wurde mir per SMS mitgeteilt dass es ab 17 Uhr wieder Wasser gäbe. Meine Empfehlung für dieses Appartement ist vor der Buchung sicherzustellen das in der Zeit ihres Aufenthaltes keine Reparaturen im Haus vorgesehen sind. Für Geräusch empfindliche Personen ist dieses Appartement, auf Grund der Hellhörigkeit auch nicht zu empfehlen.
