A nearby bus stop located just 110m from the flat provides direct connections to the city centre. An alternative to buses are SKM trains, as the station is 900m away. The balcony overlooks a playground and green areas. It takes 30 minutes to reach Skwer Kościuszki, thanks to the direct bus connection. From Skwer Kościuszki you can go to the beaches or to the Gdynia Aquarium, as well as see the ''Dar Pomorza'', the museum ship.

There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, making the living room an ideal relaxation area for a movie. From the living room you can access the balcony, where there is garden furniture. Guests can make use of the many amenities in the flat, such as a washing machine, iron, ironing board and cleaning products. A fully equipped kitchen allows for the preparation of home-cooked meals.
