cool place, extremely rude staff

The property itself was ok and worth the value, but almost every employee we encountered were unhelpful and rude. The front desk attendant upon check in was the the only courteous and friendly interaction we had during our entire stay.

The staff at the players help desk where by far the worst I've come across. I needed help on 2 seperate occasions only to be met with rude and condescending employees both times. With no help what so ever. Kip and Rosangela have no business talking down to guests, and further more when i went to get help from the floor managers to deal with the problem they didnt show up until after i had to go check out. If thats how your going to treat your guests, we have no intention of returning again.

We had a lot of fun. The room was nice a d clean, The only complaint we had was the frisge was really small and wasnt very cold, and there wasn't a microwave in the room. Other than that we loved it

Very loud rooms. Couldn't sleep all night due to doors slamming, people fightimg in hallway, kids stompimg in rooms above us. Overall terrible service. Definitely would not recommend.
