Good location but cleanliness was a problem.
We had to re wash bed sheets as had marks on them and smelt damp. When we went to change the bedsheets with the “new ones” in the cupboard they were also wet in the cupboard. The house has a smell of damp/dog smell. The bathrooms was clean which was great but overall the bedrooms just really didn’t feel clean enough to stay in.Very expensive for what the property is.

Great stay on the gold coast
This was a perfect place for our group attending a wedding and hanging out on the Gold Coast. We had a great time hanging out on the patio. Very clean and comfortable and a lovely spacious backyard as well.

The perfect place
We loved the cottage, the area and its proximity to shops and beach. Our only problem was my brother who has limited mobility and could not walk to the beach from the cottage. A car is a necessity unless everyone is able to walk a reasonable way.

Amazing space in an amazing place!
This gem is so much more than meets the eye in the online listing. The home is light and bright. Great indoor and outdpor spaces. Host very communicative. I stayed here with my fur baby as I had business meetings in the Gold Coast. The area is wonderfully quiet so that was a luxury and unexpected for the Gold Coast. Highly Recommend. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome Miami stay
This house has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Very clean and beds were all comfortable. Large and secure yard for our dog. Close to the beach and so many cafes and restaurants to choose from. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Vacation Home
The stay within the residence was great. The host was very helpful going above and beyond to ensure all was taken care of and supplying us and the kids with all we needed. Great hospitality. The home was located in a very central area to get around with a quite neighborhood and privacy entrance gate. The home was very clean and had a massive back yard along with the front porch to relax and host family. I would recommend this home to any family. *FYI.Just a faint smell of dog/pets we could notice in the home.

Road trip getaway holiday for 5 days
It was a lovely house, very clean and beautifully decorated. Cathy, the owner, was very obliging and accommodating. Our teenage son accidentally left his mobile phone behind and Cathy let us come back the next day to pick it up. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Great little house
This house had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay! Has a lovely huge backyard for the kids and is in a great location from everything that you’ll need. Would stay here again! Only problem is there isn’t any PowerPoints in the bathroom.

Great place to stay, close to all amenities, neat and tidy nicely renovated
We had a great stay with our doggo. The home is fully fenced front and back. This is a lovely little home well suited for a couple or small family. It has everyting you could want for a couple of days or a month.

Great Stay
House is in a quiet neighbourhood with easy walk to some great restaurants and small shopping centre with IGA , baker, butcher & Bottle shop. While the house was very clean it did smell of dogs in the lounge room. Had to buy Glen 20 & spray rug. Just a note that there is no power point in the bathroom so not able to blow dry hair in front of the mirror. While it didn’t bother us there is no dining table inside, it was too cold in winter to eat dinner outside but was lovely spot under the front pergola for breakfast Overall a great house.

Great stay
The house was very clean, and the set up was perfect. The front and backyard very fantastic for our dog. The location is great 10 min walk to Nobby beach, 15 minutes drive to Surfers Paradise. The bonus is Miami Aquatic center around the corner. Definitely recommend. Thank you for having us!

Great property - everything is provided.....
We loved our recent stay in Miami. The property was exactly as listed....very clean, very private, very secure. It was the first time we travelled with our little dog and she loved it....big backyard for her to play in, which was very safe. The location is fantastic. We'd stay here again.

The check in was smooth, everything super clean, large front and back fully enclosed yards. Absolutely lovely property with easy access to everything. Definitely will be back.

Convenient location but not worth the money...
On arrival the remote batteries for the sliding gate were not working (we couldn't get the car in) the gas had also been left on in the kitchen and old pizza & half drunk drinks awaited us in the fridge. Cathy came and provided a new gate remote after we called her. Hallway Lights were flickering constantly, so we couldn't use them, the toilet had a dirty used 'arm sling' bandage left on window sill above the toilet. The toothbrush holder was filthy, full of previous users dried toothpaste/grime. There was used dental floss & used cotton buds in the drawer in the bathroom, hair in the bottom of the bath (appeared to be pubic hair). Range Hood light out, knob for lounge room fan broken and missing circular plastic cover for the knob (it was quite difficult to turn it on and off without it) - Coffee machine was filthy (box that collects the coffee pods was full of grimy/dirty water and it was quite slimy, as was the 'water drip collector' on the front) - Milk frother did not work- I had to give it a good clean out and ended up getting it to work once it was cleaned. Small green flower pillow on couch is covered in mold on the back and sides, TV remote battery case missing & held in with a rubber band (and not very well - the batteries kept falling out). Sliding door out to patio - the bottom frame of the door (the rolling area) was filthy and full of dust and dirt. Bedrooms: - 2 x lights out in the main bedroom. BBQ: - I also wanted to point out that Cathy had mentioned on a number of occasions before and during our stay regarding use of the BBQ. If we used it and didn't clean it afterwards, our bond would be taken. I had a look at the BBQ as we were thinking about using it for dinner on one of the nights, and to my disappointment and disgust it was absolutely filthy! The BBQ itself was dirty on the inside as well as some parts rusty. The outside was filthy and covered in grime, and the cover itself was split/torn, filthy and appeared to have mold growing on it, the cleaning brush that was provided to 'clean' the bbq was so old & used that it no longer had any bristles on it and was covered in grime and rust. Overall REALLY disappointed. I had tried twice previously to contact Cathy to discuss the above issues before posting feedback, but she completely ignored me & my messages. We paid A LOT to stay here for 4 nights & this was our experience. I was expecting a much higher standard than this. Won't be staying again, really dispointed
