Recently renovated hotel, great decor, very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly and professional staff, great breakfast options and in house restaurant (we only tried breakfast though), free parking onsite with only 15 mins drive to the airport.

Great room & great breakfast for reasonable money
The building looks old but once u go into ur rooms completely different. They r really nice and recently refurbished. AC works fantastic. Big HD tv. Bathroom really clean and modern. No smells. And the included breakfast is fabulous. If I ever go back to bologna, I’d stay there again. Keep up the good work guys. It’s a little outside the city but we took Ubers.

Probably most run down overpriced ever.
Long past it's prime. The bathroom had such poor drainage, it stained and warped the door. Crap bed. Mediocre restaurant,at best.

The bed incredible small, the bathroom is very uncomfortable because when you take showers the water goes everywhere. There's no glass to keep the water out from the bathtub while taking a shower...Location in the middle of nowhere. If you go to Cersaie in Bologna it is close though 10 min drive and they provide a shuttle...

Staff don't know how to run the business. I came late night hotel early morning went out for emergency work.just sleep 4 hours.when I came back just 2 o clock for check out they charged me late check out.even o already informed them on the phone. The only hotel in the world where checked out time is 10 o clock in the morning.

Never again!
I was given a Handicapped Room that smelled. If I wasn't exhausted, I would have found another hotel. I had dinner in the dining room and was charged the price of a bottle of wine for just 1 glass. It appears to be functioning as a low cost business meeting hotel.

The front desk staff were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. The only thing we did not enjoy at the hotel was the restaurant. Breakfast was good, but we had dinner there in the evening and that was not good.
