We’d like to welcome you to our cozy Granbury Lake House. It’s a great place to build exciting family memories fishing, boating, swimming or just relaxing, while enjoying quality one on one time, on the patio. You can hide on the deck for some quiet time in the sun or fish all day & night on your own private dock. Bring everyone together inside the open space kitchen and living room for dinner or game night. A great space to allow for individual fun and to bring the whole family together.
The space
Three bedroom, two bath lake house with open kitchen, dining, and family rooms. When you enter from the front door into the living room, you will see the kitchen, dining, and master bedroom, with private bathroom & walk in closet, on the left. On the right you have two bedrooms with the bathroom in the middle. Master bedroom is on the end of the house making it very quiet and private. The middle room is great for kids or small family, allowing 2-3 sleeping places. The room closest to the patio has the best view and access. It can be used as a hangout space, or the daybed can be used for one large or two single beds.
Guest access
The entire house, deck, patio, dock, and covered parking are for your enjoyment. 24/7 access to the attached private dock, makes it easy to fish day and night. Free two person kayak is also available for fishing and to check out the lake, during your stay. Boat rental and parking also available from host for additional cost.
