The couch in the living room pulls out into a twin sofa bed.
Off of the living room, you will find the main bedroom, which boasts a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Adjacent to the living room and the main bedroom is a private hot tub to soak away the day’s adventures. A second bedroom is on the main level offering another queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two queen beds and a lofted living space with a twin sofa sleeper. The third bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and living area.
Outdoor grills, free WiFi, ski lockers, coin-operated laundry, seasonal outdoor pool, and tennis courts make this the perfect location for your next mountain getaway. Mountainside offers close access to plenty of outdoor activities such as fishing, skiing, biking, and golfing. Mountainside is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in our area; Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
