The views from the living room are truly breathtaking and will make you feel like you are 10 steps away from Snowbowl! This is a very special and unique property offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a giant loft which serves as another bedroom. Situated on just over an acre, the kids can run and play outside year round! Catching the first chair at Arizona Snowball will never be an issue since this property is 5 minutes from the entrance!! There are many places to rent in Flagstaff but only one with views like this! The pictures speak for themself.

Aweome place very close to snow bowl!
The stay was great. House was clean and a great place to stay for a ski vacation. The upstairs sleeping area is great for kids. The view from the main window was better than the photos show.

The cabin was clean and airy. We arrived and the heater was on for us which was welcoming as it was cold outside. The cabin seemed well stocked in the kitchen although we did not cook in it. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms which was appreciated. There were soft fluffy blankets to snuggle with. The view every morning while drinking my coffee was my favorite part. The owner, Justin reached out via text to welcome us which I thought was very thoughtful. Best of the Best in Flagstaff/Snowbowl
I can’t say enough good about our stay this Off Piste cabin. I took my elderly parents and young son up for a pre- Christmas weekend of tubing and skiing at Snowbowl and to say this was the PERFECT home base for everyone is an understatement. Luxurious enough to satisfy my parents and rustic enough to make my son happy. They thought of absolutely everything to make your stay wonderful and comfortable.if you’re looking for a home away from home, you’ve found it here.

Amazing View!
I needed to book a property that would accommodate two couples and two kids, 13 and 10. We were in Flagstaff to attend my granddaughter’s football tournament at NAU. This house was perfect. Although it is two bedrooms, there is a loft with two beds that the kids loved. It’s a great location. Not too far from town, but far enough to have a cabin feel. Close to Snowbowl.One caveat, the final 1/4 mile to the house, is gravel. If you drive slowly, your sedan will be fine. And go to the grocery before you leave town and be sure to buy a bag of ice. There is a cute little ice maker, but the cubes are too small; they melt quickly. Finally, the Owner is super. Quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile.

Amazing!
We stayed for 9 glorious days and had two birthdays to celebrate - 84 and 14! This stunning cabin met the needs of these age groups and all in between. Our three teens enjoyed the huge deck, the firepits, the TVs in every room and the loft for playing card games. The adults in our group enjoyed the outdoors day and night, and the cabin itself was plenty spacious for all of us. The host answered questions quickly and the home was stocked with everything we needed. But the most special aspect of our stay was the drop dead gorgeous view of the mountain! This is a very special place!

My family and I had a great weekend stay at the cabin! The view is amazing even without snow on the mountain. The location was perfect. Very quiet "neighborhood". Lots of space and a perfect escape from the valley heat. Look forward to booking again.

Great home base!
This was a great space for my family of 5. The views are spectacular and felt private even though homes are around. It’s a great spot to take a day trip to Sedona or the Grand Canyon and be home in time to use their amenities and have dinner on the back porch for the sunset..

Justin, was a pleasure to work with throughout our booking. I added a day to our trip and Justin took care of this right away. The area is great for biking and hiking in the summer months. Winter months would be very convenient to Snowbowl access. The porch views were priceless.

Amazing place!
My husband and I absolutely loved this place, the views can't be beat especially when viewed through those huge windows. Loved the large porch with plenty of comfy chairs. The place was spotless with many thoughtful touches by the owner, I was very impressed. On occasion, it's the case where the actual place doesn't live up to the photos, this place was better than the photos. One of the best hosts I've ever worked with. I very hgihly recommend and we'll be back. Thanks so much, Justin for everything.
