Kodin sisäpuolella

Tämä kaunis koti on ainutlaatuisesti sisustettu makuuhuoneet ja täysi kylpy päätasolla. Löydä oma huone, jossa queen-size-vuode ja toinen makuuhuone, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta, aivan tärkeimmän täyden kylpyammeen suihkulla / ammeella varustetulla yhdistelmällä. Läpivientihuone, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, on erotettu liukuvalla navettahuoneella makuuhuoneeseen, jossa on king-vuode ja oleskelualue. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sijaitsevat myös kätevästi pääkäytävässä kylpyhuoneen ulkopuolella.

Portaikkojen yläpuolella on tilava keittiö, olohuone, ruokasali, puoli kylpyamme ja olohuone. Korkeiden ikkunoiden ympäröimä, rakastat näkymää Michigan-järvelle ja ympäröivien metsien tarjoamaan yksityisyyteen. Keittiö on täysin varustettu huippuluokan laitteilla, saari, jossa on 3 baarituolia ja avoin ruokailutilaan. Olohuoneessa on iso ylimääräinen sohva ja kaasutakka maksimaaliseen rentoutumiseen. Nauti näkymästä olohuoneesta, täysin ikkunoiden ja liukuvan lasioven ympäröimänä, josta pääsee toiseen tarinakerrokseen.

ULKOPUOLELLA

Vain nopean kävelymatkan päässä hiljaiselta kadulta saat umpikujan Michigan-järvelle ja rannan yhteyspisteeseen, joka tunnetaan nimellä Brucker Beach. Vietä päivä vedessä, kävelemällä ylös ja alas rantaviivaa ja nauttien auringonpaisteesta.

Viimeistele ilta kannella katsomalla auringonlaskua ja nauttimalla kaasugrilli valmistaaksesi illallisen.

Pysäköinti: Autotalli mahdollistaa kahden auton pysäköinnin ja lisäpaikkoja asemassa.

SYÖMINEN

Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset, mukaan lukien astiat, ruokailuvälineet ja ruokailuvälineet. Mukana on vakio tippuva kahvipannu. Keittiön saarella on 3 baarituolia, keittiön pöydässä on 6 ja olohuoneessa on toinen pöytä, joka mahtuu 4.


SIJAINTI

Grand Havenin kaupunginosassa sijaitseva nautti hiljaisuudesta siitä, ettei ole oikealla keskustalla, mutta silti vain 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä keskustasta. Nauti omasta rannasta tai aja Grand Grandin valtion puistoon ja viettää päivä suurella rannalla, lähellä majakkaa, rantatietä, ostosmahdollisuuksia ja ravintoloita. Grand Havenin keskustassa on paljon tekemistä minigolfin, venesatamien, roisketyynyjen, puistojen ja tietysti jäätelön kanssa!


PERUUTUSKÄYTÄNTÖ

Peruutukset palautetaan, jos varaus peruutetaan vähintään 60 päivää ennen sisäänkirjautumista. Peruutuksia 60 päivän sisällä sisäänkirjautumisesta ei palauteta. Ei hyvitystä varhaisesta lähtemisestä, vuokravuorojen vähentämisestä tai saapumisten viivästymisestä johtuen huonosta säästä tai muusta tekijästä.

Great place right on Lake MI beach!
We've come back to Brucker Beach two summers in a row because you can't beat the back yard access to such a nice Lake Michigan beach! The house comfortably fits 7 people for sleeping, eating, and everything else. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking any meals and you're only about a 5 minute drive from downtown Grand Haven.

Great place! Super location with a small and uncrowded but beautiful beach! Tons of room with a big garage for bikes and paddle boards. Would definitely stay again!

Annual family Memorial Day trip
It was our first time visiting Michigan and seeing the Great Lake. The property was a great fit for our family. Photos were accurate. Location was excellent. The vibe and decor of the property was an added bonus. Downtown was a short drive away and local restaurants were close. We hiked the dunes at Rosey Mound, took a sunset cruise on the Lake and experienced small town America at the annual Memorial Day parade. I would definitely recommend this place and if we ever come back to the area, I would rebook.

Just steps from Lake Michigan!
We had a great time at Brucker Beach. The house had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The highlight, of course, was being steps away from Lake Michigan and being able to swim and play in the sand whenever we wanted to. The kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed, and there were lots of games for kids. The first night, we discovered that the master bed had sand in it, indicating it was either not changed or properly laundered. We were also short two towels. That being said, the management company came out the next morning with fresh sheets and towels, so no big problem, and the service was appreciated. Two small notes for people looking at the VRBO listing: First, the photos do not clearly show that the room with the daybed is attached to the master bedroom. In other words, you have to walk through it to get to the master. Keep that in mind for how bedtimes work out, because you may be walking through a room someone is sleeping in. Second, it is worth highlighting that there are "only" 1.5 baths. When you have 7 people in the lake and on sand, the shower is in high demand, and only having one shower causes some issues if you don't plan ahead. We worked this out fine, but you do have to keep that in mind if you have a big group.

My friends and I really enjoyed our weekend vacation here. The house is a short walk away from a beautiful beach, which was perfect for us! Loved that you can see the lake and sunsets from the balcony. Would stay here again :)

House by the beach
House was nice. Close to the beach. Would be nice if there was a patio table and chairs. The two Adirondack chairs are nice but two low two watch the lake. It was nice that a ladder was in the garage it made it easy to load the roof top carrier. Nice place over all.

A Perfect Family Getaway
Our family loves visiting Lake Michigan this year. We traveled with 7 adults, a toddler, and an infant. This property offered everything we were looking for in a rental property. It was very clean and kid-friendly. The house is in walking distance to a small public beach. It is used mostly by local residents and not crowded during the week. Sometimes, we were the only family on the beach which was lovely. There is only one FULL bath but we made it work. The only suggestion our family had was to update the twin mattresses. They are not very comfortable. If you are traveling with kids that can sleep on anything, you probably don't need to worry too much; however, we had adults sleeping on the twin mattress and they struggled to achieve a good nights sleep.

Fantastic Beach House!
Amazing location next to the beach and gorgeous interiors. Beautiful sunsets over the water that you can watch from the porch while you grill. The beach itself is very nice, clean, and never got too crowded. We brought a kayak and paddled to rosey mound dunes less than 2 miles south.

Meticulous, steps from a quiet beach, close to Grand Haven
We were looking for a meticulous vacation property with a quiet beach in close proximity and a few minutes from downtown Grand Haven, and this property provided exactly that. The house's interior was extremely clean and it was well stocked. The main living space was on the second floor and the open layout and myriad of windows made for lovely views of Lake Michigan. The beach access point was literally steps from the yard and Grand Haven was just a 5 minute drive from the house. Many thanks to the property management company for their courteous (and helpful) communication. They were wonderful!! We would love to return next year!

Nice House Close to the Beach
The house was very nice inside with plenty of space. Upper floor deck overlooks Lake Michigan and is perfect for viewing the sunset. Located right at the end of the street there is a path down to the beach. The hike up and down this sand path was not very easy, especially with chairs and coolers. King and queen bed were just ok as far as comfort. The twin beds were terrible, one couple had to sleep on the couch due to these being so uncomfortable. I would suggest putting another queen size bed in that room which is more comfortable for adults. We did find they the outside deck didn’t have very much room and was hard to fit all 6 of us on. I would have really loved to have a bon fire pit outside that we could all have gathered at for the evenings. Overall the place worked out well for our stay and would definitely recommend for small family getaways to Grand Haven.

Beautiful getaway
The property was as advertised. Clean, nicely updated, very close walking distance to Lake Michigan. We enjoyed morning coffee out on the deck looking at the lake in the distance, as well as watching the sun set each evening with a glass of wine. Great place for families with kids, as the area of beach front is away from the crowds. We only saw local property owners and their families. Grocery is close by, as are restaurants. Truly enjoyed our getaway!

Stellar Beach Vacation Property
This beach bungalow was incredible! The inside of home was gorgeous, so well decorated, and as clean as could be. It’s a 3 min walk to the beach and the sunset from the deck cannot be beat. Has everything you could want for a stay all year long and I’m already planning another stay for next year.
