Humble Heaven is a 3 BR, 2 BA (1 bathroom is located upstairs in between bedrooms, 2nd bathroom located downstairs in shed area) camp that is set up with a 700 square ft. covered porch facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico Beach. This beachfront home has been completely renovated and all brand-new appliances installed. Also, new beds and mattresses in every bedroom. Home is located on the island's east side, just before the Grand Isle State Park. This is a less crowded area of the island, which allows one to relax on this beachfront property. The covered porch is a new addition to the home, which is breathtaking! Downstairs, you will find a boiling pot with a propane burner and a charcoal grill, along with an outdoor shower and commode.  The nearest golf cart crossover path is #1.9 Birch Lane. 

NOTE: The second bathroom includes a shower, lavatory, and toilet. It is located downstairs in a closed-in room.

Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time.  The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.
