Best newly constructed, downtown, long term discounts accepted, just 4 blocks to mainstreet shops resturaunts, bars, city park 1/2 block. Mtn bke trails 2.5 miles. This guesthouse is separate and private from the victorian duplex on the front of the property and your access can be from Chipeta street or from the back, (closer) with 2 private parking spaces. Security codes for gates front and rear. A well appointed 1 bedroom King bed with additional murphy bed in livingroom, central air, private patio/BBQ

Great place and even better host!
For it's size and purposes, this is probably my favorite vrbo i've stayed in. Had that "right at home" feeling immediately upon entry. Clean, cozy, all the amenities - even stuff for cocktails and I was particularly stoked that there was an apple slicer cuz I decided to pack mine (with apples), which got taken away at airport security. Bottled and filtered water, snacks, coffee/tea, anything you need right away without having to go the store first. Every little detail was thoughtfully and intentionally done by the wonderful, communicative, and friendly host. Perfect location walking distance to downtown. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and without a doubt will stay here again next time I visit.

Fabulous!
This property is too cute! Although this unit is situated over the garage and outside temps were in the 20's we stayed warm and cozy. The area is in between CMU and a few blocks (walking distance) from downtown GJ. Tom, the host, has thought of everything. Definitely, recommend staying here. Tom, you rock!

Absolutely amazing stay!
I cannot say enough about our stay at this property! My husband and I had such a great time. The location was perfect, so close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Rockslide Brewery and Dream Cafe were definitely favorites! The property was immaculate and the communication with the owner was great. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Grand Junction!

Would Recommend 110%
Beautiful space with literally everything you could need. Tom adds fun extras as a welcome, too. I won’t spoil the surprise. The bed and linens were super comfortable! The private parking was a great bonus. The only caution we share is that the electronic locks on the gate and door are very finicky so be patient as you may have to enter and reenter the codes to get them to open. We would 110% stay here again without any hesitation!

What a wonderful stay. Tom was an excellent host. He had lots of little touches that most don’t think of. From the basket of muffins to chargers by every bed, Tom thought of it all. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when we are back in GJ!

Grand Junction Wonderful Stay
The property was very well laid out and very spacious. It was very well decorated. The property was very clean. Tom thought of everything. The kitchen was well appointed, there was a setup for drinks, coffees and a variety of teas and hot chocolate. There was also a snack supply. Tom was wonderful to deal with and responded quickly with answers to our questions. We will definitely stay here next year when we are in Grand Junction.

Best of the Best
I have stayed in quite a few different properties but this hits the sweet spot. Very well appointed and super clean. It has anything and everything that you can want. Super comfortable bed which I needed. A great shower and kitchen and even a porch to sit on with a gas grill. Right away I felt super uncomfortable. It’s best for two but there are provisions for more with a Murphy bed in the living room. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great remodeled over the garage apartment
The remodel job of the above the garage apartment was superior. It is a very comfortable one bedroom apartment over the garage. It is very close to downtown and convenient to restaurants. Need to know it is not a walk out— there are stairs. My husband had shoulder surgery and knowing there are stairs would have been helpful but once upstairs it was very nice and comfortable.

Great Visit to Downtown Grand Junction
Property was perfect for my wife and I. Very very nice unit , clean as a whistle and well stocked, great layout, roomy and very nice bathroom and shower. Very nice covered outdoor deck to get some fresh air and views. Definitely would rent again.
