Enjoy the popular trailheads for a picturesque hike that are minutes from the apartment. To wore out to cook after a day of Rocky Mountain Adventures? Bluejay's nest is a short walk to some of Grand Lake's most popular restaurants and bars, making dinner plans a breeze.

*This 3-bedroom apartment shares the deck & outdoor seating with the Chickadee's Nest and the Bluejay's Nest. The entry hallway is also shared between the 3 units. All 3 Nest Units are available to book together, perfect for larger families and friend groups traveling together!

Policies:
- The minimum age to rent this home is 25
- 4WD / AWD, snow tires or chains are required for winter arrivals. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.
- This home is Pet-Friendly (1 large dog or 2 small dogs permitted) with a $50 nonrefundable pet deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS
- This home is non-smoking
- No parties or events
- *No oversized vehicles / boats/ trailers / ATV’s or snow machines
- *Parking Spaces Available: 1
- Full set of exterior stairs required for entry to unit
- *There are 2 security cameras: 1 facing parking lot, 1 in the common hallway

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
