The biggest negative for us was the lack of lighting in the room. It not only felt dark, it was hard to see things except in the circles of light under the desk light and the bedside light. The one overhead was close to the window and did not illuminate the room well.

Train track behind hotel, quite the surprise when the whistle blew at midnight three times. Everything else fine.

Although the property was older it appeared to be pretty well maintained. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly & professional. My issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The door was scattered with something from previous guests & the tub needed a good cleaning. Additionally, the tub faucet continued to drip all night

Very good stay! We didnt need anything fancy, and we were staying for juat one night, but it was clean, the beds were VERY cimfortable and it felt very safe. Only downsides - mild musty smell, AC struggled (but it was VERY hot), and breakfast was meh. Right downtown, walkable, and just what we needed!

We arrived at 1 and were able to check in at that time, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room had a musty smell. Maybe the wall AC or the carpet? Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Just okay at best.
Overall, the facility served its purpose as a place to stay while visiting Tanglewood for a concert. The air condition can not be set to run continuously leaving the room too warm and stuffy on an extremely humid night. The mattress was like twenty miles of bad road making it impossible to sleep well.

Quick and easy check in! Very conveniently located to downtown which was so nice! Excellent price! The room was a little on the weird smelling side, but it wasn’t overpowering. Beds were VERY comfy! Great night sleep.

My wife and I had an overnight stay in order to attend a concert nearby. It was a very brief but pleasant stay. The manager and his staff were exceptional in their knowledge of the local area, and their eatery recommendations were great. The morning breakfast was more than we expected and substantial enough to get us back to Cape Cod, without stopping. A big shoutout to Andrew!

The room was dirty. The bed was comfortable, but did not make up for the uncleanliness of the room. No mention of train tracks across the parking lot in any description
