Yellow House has a master bedroom suite located on the first floor with adjustable queen bed with an expansive two-room bath with walk-in shower and beautiful soaking tub surrounded by marble-- and your hot tub and sauna are right outside via your private door. This room is equipped with its own Asko washer and dryer. Upstairs, find two bedrooms (one with adjustable King bed and one with two Twins) and a large living room full of windows overlooking the forest. Living room has extra large flat screen TV and a gas fireplace, along with full bar area with beverage cooler, dishwasher and icemaker. Daybed with with real twin-sized mattress for overnight guest is super comfy when cuddling in for movie night! Fully modern kitchen with gas range and Perlick fridge, freezer drawers and icemaker stretches seamlessly into the family area where you will find a wood burning fireplace surrounded by windows with views of the professionally maintained lawns, gardens, and pool. Extra large round dining table seats 10+ people in comfortable upholstered chairs! All bedrooms have remote controlled exterior privacy shades on all windows. Additional washer and dryer are located in the garage. There is a pet run outside the garage with a blockable pet door. Feel free to make use of the pet washing station in the garage! Next there is the Club House, designed for gathering with its own kitchenette, deck with gas fireplace overlooking the woods for those chilly evenings, ping pong table, and loft office/teen/gaming area stocked with Switch that's loaded with games. The Clubhouse has a queen sleep sofa and in the loft are two single convertible futons. Finally there is the Guest House, located in a private space at the foot of the driveway. Guest House is a beautiful, tree-house-like apartment built in 2022. There is parking for four plus cars and entrance is through its lovely patio that looks out over the woods. Please note that this apartment is reached via a one story staircase. Up the stairs you will find three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a double (full) bed. There is a full bath with walk-in shower and full-sized laundry equipment. The kitchen is large and fully equipped for any cooking needs you may have. It has a large gas range, dishwasher, large fridge and a separate ice maker, as well as microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Go one way from the kitchen and you'll find our spacious breakfast nook with window surround that seats eight. Go the other direction and find the living room with extra large state of the art TV - Netflix and Prime all provided along with cords for your gaming machines. Fenced patio and yard accessible by blockable pet door make things easy on your pet. Patio is equipped with dining table and wood pellet grill. Over the entire compound our internet is fiber optic and lightning fast, with separate service for each building. Each building is serviced with a whole house generator, so you won't be affected if the local power fails! The spaces are modern and filled with light. All were built/renovated within the last few years. Bonus Pink House, located behind Yellow House, has a porch swing, is heated and has a full fridge and a large sink -- it's the perfect spot from which to serve drinks and al fresco meals to your guests! Propane bbq for grilling near the lounge area by the pool, and on the other side of the pool is a screened in porch for dining bug free or relaxing in the shade. After a pickleball match, you'll want to take a swim in the heated pool, or head straight to the hot tub or sauna! Or just enjoy a hot shower in the private outdoor shower area. Take a long walk to the back of the 18 acre property via wide full driveway, or do as the locals do and walk to the top of Baldwin Hill. A huge expanse of the rear yard is fully fenced for your pet. In addition, there is a small pet run accessed through the one car garage, where you will also find a pet washing station and the second washer and dryer.
