5 makuuhuoneen rivitalo kolmessa kerroksessa, joissa super king-vuode, standardi kahden hengen ja kolme kahden hengen huonetta, kaksi toisessa kerroksessa. Ensimmäisen kerroksen suihkuhuone ja erillinen wc, pohjakerroksen kylpyhuone ja wc, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa pesukone, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi ja pakastin. Siellä on hyvän kokoinen lounge-ruokailutila, jossa on Smart TV, DVD ja laajakaista. Lounge voidaan erottaa ruokasalista liukuovilla. Pieni ulkopuolella peitetty tila, ja sallii pysäköinnin ulkopuolelle taakse. Talo ei sovellu pyörätuolille. Kaksoislasit kaikissa huoneissa, keskuslämmitys kaasulla, pattereilla. 5 minuutin päässä rannalta ja kaupungin keskustasta, hyvät yhteydet baareihin ja ravintoloihin, joista Great Yarmouthilla on paljon. Rautatieasema on 15 minuutin kävelymatkan tai 5 taksilla. Hyvä pääsy supermarketteihin.

Christmas break with the family
We were impressed with the property, when we first walked in. It's spacious and very accommodating, perfect for a family. The house was very clean as well which is something you are always pleased to see. The location is great, with you being a few minutes from the beach and a stones throw from the local Londis. Julie was very quick to respond to any queries we may have had and was very approachable and kind in the whole process.

Great house
A fantastic family home from home although the area not so good the nearby park was full of drunks and druggies so couldnt be enjoyed. The undercover area could do with a face lift as it was very dirty so this let the property down a bit over all a great house just wish we could of picked it up and moved it somewhere nicer.

A lovely well thought out and beautifully decorated property. Lots of extra little touches, enough cleaning products, dishwasher tablets even cling flim, that made self catering so much easier. Very close to the beach front so we didn't have to drive and park at all. The range of games left for us to play were great fun. The welcome tea, coffee and milk was a lovely start to the holiday. We would certainly love to rent this property again. Thank you for a effort free booking.

Fantastic place
The house was fantastic. Very good location, close the beach and shops. The house itself is very spacious. Host provided everything for you to settle in. Very welcoming. For the price we paid, it’s a bargain. Not easy to find such a big house to accommodate 10 people.

Great stay in an excellent location
Stayed at the property for 4 nights and couldn't have hoped for a better experience. The property is a perfect location for access to the seafront and town centre without needing to drive. The house was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy. Will definitely be looking to book again if we go back to Great Yarmouth.

Our family’s stay was fantastic! We spent a total of 4 nights here and our stay was amazing, the house has easy access to the seafront and the high street which are all in a 5 minute walking distance which makes it a great place to stay for families, but just as a comment it could do with some grass in the garden for dogs. Fun New Year's break!
We are two families who have been going away at New Year for many years. Julie's property was perfect for us and we had a brilliant time. The house was very clean, well stocked and all appliance were easy to use or had clear instructions (one of the best properties we have stayed in for this). The location is amazing because you can walk to the beach or the town in a couple of minutes, The parking was also easy. We drove to Horsey Bay to see the seals on one of the days and to Norwich on another. Both within easy driving distance and real highlights of our stay. There is so much to do in and around Great Yarmouth and Julie made the whole process so easy with her clear and timely communication. I would highly recommend this property!!

This house is absolutely fantastic. Clean and tidy, spacious, and so handy for the park, the beach and all of the amusements, as well as the shops. Parking just outside the back gate, and Shop, very close by. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in great Yarmouth.

Family break in Great Yarmouth
Absolutely perfect property for us, two families with children ranging from 6 to 18 years old. It is situated a short walk from Great Yarmouth seafront which has everything for all ages. The property itself was clean and well presented on arrival with all the facilities and amenities the family needed. Towels were provided as well as cleaning products and there was enough cutlery and crockery for all our needs throughout the week. There was a fantastic selection of games which kept us all amused in the evenings and enough bathrooms to ensure we could all get ready without queuing up! Julie was always available to contact when required. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

Great 5-star stay close to everything
As others have said, this is a treat house. We stayed over new year and it was very comfortable. House is Extremely well equipped and close to shops, restaurants and the seafront with all its entertainment (even in the winter!). Columbia Greek restaurant is a must try - and so is Christopher’s. The closest pub - the Albion only serves drinks, but The Lion has great food. The Time and Tide and Sea Life Museums are well worth a visit and the Imperial Hotel has a great cream tea! Caister on Sea is a quieter beach for a stroll.

We were very happy with the accomodation and the surrounds. Their was enough space for all 10 of us. The house had everything we may have needed, it was clean and very comfortable. The local was great, we were able to entertain ourselves without having to move our cars. We walked everywhere. Deffinately will return to this venue.

Great communication with Julie house is great , location, clean all amenities ‘home from home’ games for the kids, milk tea and coffee on arrival ice creams for the kids had a lovely week only down fall on the front of the house is noisy at night but that didn’t stop our fun well worth the money thank you 😃😃😃

Amazing house
We absolutely loved the house. Perfect for so many people. Only drawback was the noise from the back of the property in the late evening as a lot of music & gatherings in the courtyard but it didn’t stop anyone having a fantastic time.
