Located at 905 W Wendover Ave in Greensboro’s lively Idlewood neighborhood, our home sits on a bustling street (with ambulances and fire trucks passing by) yet offers a welcoming retreat just a short walk from downtown and a five-minute drive from Cone Hospital.
The Space:
Step inside and feel immediately at home. The main floor boasts two comfortable bedrooms outfitted with 100% cotton sheets and modern touches that invite rest and relaxation. Enjoy preparing meals in our well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances—a dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove—that make cooking a delight. The dining room provides ample space for conversation and shared meals, while the living room and walk-up attic den (complete with a Smart TV) offer relaxed settings for unwinding or inspiring creative discussions.

The main floor and walk-up attic are accessible. The Garage and basement are not for guest use. The basement is creepy and has non-standard stairs. We don't lock the door to the basement door but trust you will respect our request to avoid going down there unless you're filming for some horror movie. The main floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and an entry with a coat closet. The coat closet has a rolling laundry cart with detergents and a few cleaning supplies. There is a mop and broom inside the door to the basement located in the kitchen. There is a shelf with extra trash bags. Thank you for being a respectful guest.
