Kaunis 5 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5 kylpy Lakefront Home on upeat näkymät Oconee-järvelle (8 aikuista ja 4 lasta) - - Lemmikkieläinystävällinen talo. Kalenteri on nykyinen.

Tule nauttimaan tästä rantakodista, joka sijaitsee 8 hehtaarin maalla kauniilla Oconee-järvellä. Sijaitsee Greensborossa, GA, vain 80 mailia itään Atlantasta, 40 mailia kaakkoon Ateenasta (Georgia Bulldogsin koti) ja vain 15 minuutin päässä sekä historiallisesta Greensboron keskustasta että Madisonista. Tämä ominaisuus on loistavalla paikalla White Oaks Planation -alueella upealla näkymällä!

Kun saavut pitkälle ja metsäiselle ajotielle, tunnet tämän majesteettisen järven pakopaikan yksityisyyden ja rauhallisuuden. Pääkerroksessa on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on täydellinen keittiössä syöminen, joka avautuu aurinkoiseen olohuoneeseen sekä muodolliseen ruokasaliin. Se sisältää myös makuuhuoneen, jauhehuoneen ja pesutupa. Suurella aurinkoisella mestarilla on ranskalaiset ovet, jotka avautuvat patiolle, josta on näköala järvelle. Siinä on king-size-vuode, vaatehuone ja iso oma kylpyhuone, jossa kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus ja kaksisuuntainen suihku. Ikkunaseinä tarjoaa näkymät melkein jokaiselle talon istuimelle.

Yläkerrassa on suuri hieno huone holvikattoineen ja se sopii erinomaisesti elokuvien katselemiseen, pelien pelaamiseen, kirjan lukemiseen tai vain rentoutumiseen. Suuri huone sisältää myös uuden (lisätty tammikuussa 2013!) biljardipöytä ja pingispöytä! Neljä makuuhuonetta (1 king, 2 kuningatar ja 4 twin (2 kerrossänkyä - vain lapsille)) ja kaksi täyttä kylpyä ylemmällä tasolla. Molemmat kylpyhuoneet yhdistävät kaikki Jack- ja Jill-tyyliset makuuhuoneet, mikä mahdollistaa yksityisyyden. Tähän kotiin mahtuu useampi kuin yksi perhe tai vain pari, joka etsii pakoa rentoutumiseen.

Lisäominaisuuksia ovat yksityinen max-telakka ja uima-allas, yksityinen veneiden lasku osassa, iso terassi ulkokalusteilla, kiinteistöllä on pääsy Oconee National Forest -polun päähän patikointiin, koripallovanne, yksi hehtaarin piha pelaamiseen (loistava perhejalkapallo-otteluun!) ) ja suuret näkymät järvelle kodin takaa. Amazingly peaceful!
I brought my family of 11 to this house. It was everything it was advertised to be. It was so peaceful you felt like you had the entire lake to yourself. The outdoor spaces were so great for relaxing and letting the kids play. We had one small glitch and it was handled immediately. I would definitely consider coming back again for our next family adventure!

Our stay at this home was amazing. The lake view was outstanding. The home had a warm atmosphere and much space for the entire family. We really enjoyed the kitchen area, which had two ovens, two sinks and very spacious. The entire house had so much space and the game/ family room upstairs was amazing. The area was very quiet. I must say this place is as advertised. It was my first VRBO stay. The host is very communicative, the property is clean and extremely spacious. The view from the massive property couldn’t be better and it’s amazing how quiet it is. Everything you need is there, so check before you go to the store (I didn’t LOL). It would be a great place for a wedding. I’d stay again or recommend to anyone.

This was our "home" for a family wedding at a local venue. It was in a great location, beautifully and completely furnished, and the grounds were fantastic. Great house
Stayed with a large group of family and friends. The house is great, well stocked. Lots of space inside and outside, lots to do. Lake here is quiet and shallow, good for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking. Owners are responsive if any issues. Wi-fi is spotty and unreliable. This is not a good place on the lake if you have a boat and want to ski/wakeboard, etc.

Wonderful stay on the lake
We were a group of 11 ranging in age from 2 to 75 and had the most perfect stay here. The property was exactly as described, and the owner was easy to communicate with. They had everything we could possibly want, including kid toys and books, kayaks and stand up paddle boards, coffee filters, and plentiful firewood! Tons of land to play on and a swing for everyone (front yard swing, porch swing, tire swing, and swing set!). We are already talking about planning next summer’s vacation!

Relaxing in Lake Life
We had the best family vacation staying at this beautiful home. House was so easy to “live in” everything we needed was accessible. Lake was gorgeous. Morning coffee in the backyard and s’mores in the evening. Great setup for all ages. Even took a nap on the porch swing. Owners were responsive and helpful with our stay. Fantastic stay
A beautiful property and a beautiful home! We loved having access to all of the kayaks to enjoy the lake. The home had plenty to keep us all busy and comfortable, and the kids loved the indoor and outdoor toys, ping pong and air hockey. Renting this property was easy and owner was great to communicate with. House is absolutely beautiful, my family and I enjoyed our time. However the house wasn't thoroughly cleaned especially now with Covid. The wifi signal was super weak too. We still had a great time!

This lakefront property was fabulous. We had four kids between five and nine and they played all week with the treasure of kids toys and games. A canoe and three kayaks were well used. The magnificent kitchen made meal preparation easy. We will be returning.

The property was great! House was exactly as advertised, and we loved all the space available for outside activities. The dock and lake were nice, and it seemed to be a pretty quiet part of the lake. House was easy to find, and had plenty of room for everybody. Would definitely bring a group here again

Everything was great. We highly enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home! We used the fire pit (fire wood supplied), ping pong and pool table, and went fishing on the doc. We also brought our own boat- super convenient bc the slip was very close! And we could tie up to the doc! We had a great weekend. The owner was very responsive with all questions before hand.

Beautiful house and beautiful getaway
We had a fantastic time at this VRBO. We had 5 small kids with us and they were entertained the whole time. The playground, lake view and property was just amazing and enough space in the house to fit two big families. If there was any problem, the owners responded quickly and did what they could to fix it. The king bed mattress upstairs was uncomfortable but they ordered a new one. The only issue we really couldn’t resolve was bad WiFi with so many people trying to be on it at once but in the end it worked out with us all basically having to unplug for the week. I would definitely come again, we had a great time. Thanks for a great stay!

A really nice getaway, but...
We had a really nice stay and enjoyed the house and lake. It was clean, nice layout, and private. BUT we rated it a 4 instead of 5 mostly because for 2 out of the 4 days we stayed, we were visited by care takers (we think). And on one of those days they came to cut the lawn. While I realize maintenance has to be done, it would have been nice to know in advance. Or even better, schedule it for another time so it's not so invasive.
