Marina Cove Escape is the perfect retreat for families or groups, offering two levels of spacious accommodations. Each floor features two bedrooms, bathrooms, and a living area, ensuring comfort for guests of all ages. Adults will appreciate the sophisticated design, while kids will love the downstairs room with side-by-side double beds and easy access to colorful innertubes right outside the patio door. The home offers beautiful views of Lake Oconee, with the waters surrounding the Marina Cove community.

The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, with hardwood floors and abundant natural light. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stovetop oven. A drip coffee maker is available, and the kitchen is stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating available on the covered deck, offering a scenic view. The living area has two sofas and a flatscreen TV, while the covered deck is furnished with a table, chairs, rockers, a ceiling fan, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

The main-level master suite features a king bed, flatscreen TV, armchair, walk-in closet, and plantation shutters offering privacy and lake views. The ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. A second room on the main level has a queen bed, footed ottoman, storage closet, and flatscreen TV, with a full bath nearby.

Wonderful Experience

My family and I were evacuated from a hurricane in FL and Kellie made our trip a breeze. She was there for any questions we had! The house was beautiful and the view was peaceful at a time when we really needed it. The house was the best stocked house we’ve ever rented. The kitchen had all the gadgets you could imagine and there was plenty for our teenaged kids to do. We loved it! Thank you!

This property is perfect for families with young adults as if offers 2 bedrooms and living space on 2 separate floors. The community is beautiful with water views, marina access, miles of walking trails it is the perfect spot for renewal, recovery and relaxation!

Perfect spot for a quick business meeting. The house had 4 bedrooms with plenty of space for all of us. Gender Reveal family get together.

Great location and great house! The location allows us to leave our boat secured on the boardwalk below the house. The house is well equipped and we were able to cook on the porch and watch football and baseball at the same time.

Perfect long weekend get away

The house was very clean and well appointed. Comfortable space for relaxing and recharging. Plenty of room for our family (2 boys) including dog and grandparents. We enjoyed the back porch overlooking the lake. The photos show a kayak but there wasn’t one on property so we rented from Wild Oconee sports, they delivered for a fee. We would recommend this property and will likely rent again.

We booked a last minute trip for a long weekend and the Marina Cove Escape house was great. House was very much as advertised and check-in process was smooth. Easy access to the lake and a Marina within walking distance would have been very convenient if they weren't currently limiting rentals to members only due to covid (which was noted in the listing).

Over all we had a good time

There were a lot of dead bugs in the corners of the main living space. There was also a beer can under in of the beds. We had 8 people staying at the house and there were plenty of beds, but the house only had 6 forks and the only dinner table could only fit 6 chairs. The distance from the house to the lake seemed much closer in the pictures!! They consider there summer season over the end of July so several marinas were shut down
