Good
We enjoyed the location close to downtown and that we could bring our pups with us. Little pricey for what it was and what was provided. Also a note that the beds are very very very firm. We enjoyed that it provided parking and a door code to get in.

Fantastic location- walking distance into Greenville
Location is fantastic. Never have to move your car and can walk into Greenville. A huge plus as parking can be challenging in Greenville. Property was clean and as described in listing. Pet friendly- also a bonus. Property owner, Christopher, was very easy to communicate with. I did not give 4 stars overall as on our last day at the property, there was significant construction in the units next to us. This was a bit disruptive to us.

Great spot
My husband and I found the accommodations lived up to the photos. The property was cute, clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Yet it was a short stroll to the heart of downtown and the Reedy River Swamp Rabbit Trail. Plenty of great restaurants, parks, art galleries and if you’re into baseball, Fluor Field is only a 10 min walk away. Will definitely revisit this property if we come to Greenville again. Johanna W

Overall it was fine. It was advertised as “elegant”, which was a bit of a stretch, but it was clean and adequate. I think it might make more sense for a longer stay. It was nice to be able to have our dog with us.

Great apartment, clean, plenty of room, fantastic location. Very little water pressure in bathroom sink. Response time from manager could have been better. Overall a good experience!

Better than I even expected
Definitely giving a 5-Star rate. It was more than I expected in a good way. The place had everything I needed and then some. That was very important to me. I'm single and don't have much time to go and shop for basic needs in a short period of time because of my work hours and this place already had everything I needed and more when I moved in. It was pleasantly appreciated. The people I talked to were very nice. When I asked for something or had any questions they took care of it right away. This will be the place I will stay again and will also recommend it.
