The Red House - Near Golf, Beaches & Communal Pool by Yosemite Region Resorts

 Yosemite Villa is a spacious two-level retreat located near Lake Lodge Beach and playground in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. Guests can take the seasonal water taxi from Lake Lodge Beach to the main Marina Beach. Fishermans Cove is just 0.5 miles away, the tennis courts are 0.9 miles away, and the country club and community pool are only 3 miles away.


This 3,019-square-foot home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a large deck with a retractable awning and deck furniture for six.


The home is equipped with WiFi, three televisions (in the living room, game room, and main bedroom), satellite TV, a DVD player, a VCR, and Bluetooth speakers in the living room and master bedroom.


For comfort, the home has central heating and air conditioning (except on the lower level), two pellet stoves (one upstairs and one downstairs), and ceiling fans.


The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and espresso machine. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also available.


The game room features a pool table and a wet bar. The game room, wet bar, and fourth bedroom are accessed via a separate entrance only.


A gas BBQ is available for guest use (propane not included).


No pets or animals are allowed.

Master Bedroom: One king bed

Guest Bedroom: One queen bed and one bunk bed (double + twin)

Guest Bedroom: Two double beds

Guest Bedroom (Separate Entrance): One king bed (located off the game room, no central heat or air conditioning, pellet stove available for colder months)


Sleeps up to 12 guests in beds with a maximum occupancy of 12, including children and infants.

Dining & Living Spaces
The dining table seats 8 guests.

The kitchen bar seats 3 guests.

Community & Location
Yosemite Villa is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a gated resort community with 24-hour security, offering access to beaches, a golf course, and a country club.

Gated Community Access & Fees
Pine Mountain Lake requires a one-time, non-refundable $50 access fee per vehicle for entry. This fee is paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.

Additional Details
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.


Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.


A gas BBQ is available, but propane is not included. Guests may preorder a tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market.

Parking & Accessibility
Driveway parking is available for 3-4 vehicles.


The driveway is down-sloped.


This property has both interior and exterior stairways.

Important Notes
The downstairs bedroom with a king bed is accessed via a separate entrance off the game room.

This level does not have central heat or air conditioning, but a pellet stove is available for the colder months.


Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including children and infants.

1. The maximum occupancy is firm and must include all occupants of any age including

infants. In addition no large gatherings are permitted. The maximum occupancy

number includes children & infants.


2. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS ARE REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS

ASSOCIATION: A copy of your drivers license will be required within 24 hours of booking.

Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security.

The entire fee goes to PML HOA.  

Price subject to change without notice.  

Access permits are non-refundable.  

A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

4. Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats or watercrafts of any kind on

Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules. However, Lake Don

Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys! And remember,

you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina

Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.


5. In addition to the marina offerings Pine Mountain Lake offers an Airport, 18-hole

championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts,

community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on the

lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an expansive

sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack

shack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open

during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.


6. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate special

moments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the

departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean

any celebration debris.


7. Propane for any gas BBQ is not provided. You may either order this on the Temporary

Resident Registration form for an additional fee or provide your own propane. You can

purchase propane tanks at the local market or hardware store. Firewood is also not

provided. The current rate for a propane tank is $65 (subject to change without notice).


8. All outdoor fires (not contained in approved fire pits), candles, smoking, firearms and

fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.


9. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY: Pet must be declared & registered with Yosemite

Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and

non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must be

crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pet.

Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all

times within the gated resort community, per Tuolumne County leash law. Pets do incur

an additional fee of $35 per night per pet.
