El cuarto que se nos entregó fue distinto al que habíamos reservado, contaba con una cama king y se veía amplio, al llegar se nos cambió de habitación a una cama más chica “queen” y la recámara se nos hizo pequeña , siendo que teníamos mascota , la habitación tenía manchas y los muebles estaban maltratados, al ingresar al baño estaba manchado el piso y partes de la pared, el frigo bar no servía y solicitamos cambio para luego recibir uno mismo que tampoco funcionaba. Algunos del personal de valet fueron muy atentos y amables pero otros fueron muy groseros. Nuestra estancia fue por 4 días 3 noches
