the hotel was closed and under construction.

i cannot check in because the hotel was closed due to the maintenance. so i have to find another hotel to stay, and need to spend additional money, time, and labor. next day morning, i visited the hotel again, but there was still under construction. very disappointed at the hotels.com reservation.

They where helpful to resolve my needs this time, on a PRIOR VISIT I HAD THE BAD EXPERIENCE, of forgetting a perfume, I went back same day, and they denied finding it, ever since, I avoided to stay in this hotel again, till I had no more options this time, apparently they are making changes for good, THE HOTEL IS GOING TRUE A COMPLETE REMODELING, SO EXPECT NO AMENITIES, NOR PARKING, (hardly any spaces, hardly any sleep, TOO MUCH NOISE during construction hours, sometimes 12 hrs a day) so be AWARE

not worth the money

I could've been to a better hotel for a better price but I took the bad decision of choosing to stay here ... its being remodeled so there's noise all day , the continental breakfast was a joke and got charged 100 pesos for a box of small not even half a serving frosted flake cereal ... way better options out there .. won't be staying here anymore

Spacious Rooms

The one pro are the spacious clean rooms! Other than that the hotel does not live up to the pictures..no gym, no business center, no instructions for wifi or phone, wanted to call another room, had to figure it out, and to contact reception had to go down to front desk so they could tell me how to reach them as no instructions are posted by the phone, no ice machine, restaurant bar very limited hours. Horrible check in, they gave us room with another guest in it! So we were tired already midnight and had to wait to get another room on top of freaking out after entering someone elses room! But came check out I get a call reminding me check out is at 1230 (not 1pm??), either way we should have been offered LATE CHECK out for the scare and inconvenience! The staff is nice enough. If you just want a spacious room with a great kitchenette, this fills the bill. However if you want a complete overall great hotel experience, look elsewhere For this trip, price/value were good as the room comfort made up for the other negatives, just not sure if I would stay again.

Comfy,clean with good service at a run down hotel

The lobby and service were nice. The room . Beds were comfy Ac was not up to par and no plug in for coffee maker. The worst was the bathroom, sink drain clogged , shower head clogged and no hot water pressure. It seems everyone was doing their job the best they could but someone was not putting out the money in the right places. I would not recommend this place uniese there is absolutely nothing else available

Great choice

Great service. The crew were always willing to help with luggage, parking, information etc. Very frendly. The outside look of the hotel isn't great but the interior is in great shape. Very clean.

the newer rooms in back are alot nicer than the central atrium rooms. please ask for one of those, as i have stayed in both and its night and day. my last trip, room was modern, small kitchenette, great bed/lines and spacious and bath and shower were excellent as well.

The place to stay

The rooms was very clean,my family and I we enjoy,very clean hallways ,lobby and restrooms down the lobby,only the AC was kind of noisy ,food was excelent,for the price worth stay on this place .if you are lookind all this needs,again this the place

Convenient location

In the center of the hotel is lovely looking atrium with lots of greenery and large fountain at the bottom. But the bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was stiff as well as the pillows. The shower handle came off. The phone worked sometimes. The walls are thin so you hear everything.
