Nice building, big departments, very low maintenance, super dirty, floor and shower with lots of hairs, toilet paper, soap and shampoo very low quality, no cable, minimum internet. Linens poor quality. Should not be called a hotel.

Great place, Juan Pablo is the best…

It was an amazing experience. Juan Pablo at the front desk was super hospitable and nice. Please add instructions on how to get to the front desk. We spent 15 walking over because we went to the wing towers.

Excellent high-end property so conveniently located near all places of attraction in Guadalajara Centro. Every aspect of the property - its cleanliness, its high-end workout facilities, free parking, kitchen in unit and so on was highly impressive and convenient. Its close location to a shopping center and a major grocery store within it made it so convenient for us to shop for food items and cook at night. And the customer service is excellent, with the management being always accessible through WhatsApp. They even accommodated our request to extend our stay by a night when our plans changed. Overall, a very satisfactory experience!

No funciona el aire acondicionado y el calor en los cuartos es terrible. El servicio pésimo. Pedí hablar con el gerente y nunca me contacto. Nos prestaron unos ventiladores y ya. No hay servicio de limpieza ni de recamarera.

Pésima opción, imposible dormir por el tren!

Terrible, no hubo comunicación, no habia wifi, todo esta sucio, varias cosas estaba rotas y esta a un lado de las vias del tren. Tuve que salirme y buscar otro hotel, huce check out al día siguiente. Una verdadera verguenza de lugar.
