Overall the hotel was quite clean and comfortable. This was not our first time here and breakfast was very disappointing - watery eggs, soggy chilaquiles, and the beans had a very peculiar, bitter taste.

The stay was great. The hotel staff are professional, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good location. Close to shopping and easy to get Ubers/Taxis. The only areas that I would suggest improving is 1. better pillows (More firm) and 2. Ice machine to have ice for drinks in dining room and in the rooms. Specially with the hot weather we experienced ice would have been a great thing to have.

Me gusto mucho, sobre todo no habia ruidos, es comodo, el personal es muy amable. En cuanto a la limpieza solo la taza del baño y unas rejillas que estaban en el baño estaban muy sucias.

Worst hotel experience ever
We had initially booked a double room for our family of four, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, upon our arrival, we were shocked to discover that our reservation had been inexplicably switched to a single room. Despite presenting our original booking confirmation, the staff displayed a shocking lack of responsibility and customer service skills. They refused to acknowledge their mistake or offer any viable solution to accommodate our family. We were left in a lurch, with no empathy or assistance from the hotel staff. The situation was not just inconvenient but completely unacceptable. The dismissive attitude of the staff only added insult to injury. It is appalling that a reputed hotel would handle a booking error with such negligence and disregard for guest satisfaction. We had to scramble for last-minute alternatives and I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider booking with this hotel, as they seem incapable of managing reservations effectively or caring for their guests' comfort and needs.
