Bob and Lyric who work at the hotel did everything they could even with the huge language barrier from English to Mandarin and were so helpful trying to get my colleague and I to and from our destinations every day. They need English speaking channels for sure. Better coffee program for sure.

the one lift to access the hotel floors is a bit of a pain. are two others but blocked for those floors. the breakfast is poor to average but does the job.

All rooms are smoking!! Someone else smoking in other room and all the smoke comes in your room! During my stay there was a construction and they start drilling walls arround 7am..

Small improvements needed

When u reach the hotel, there are big stairs and there is nobody to help you (no bell boys). You have to carry your heavy baggage yourself on the stairs. Then the reception is ok 6th floor. Out of 4 lifts, only is for the hotel. Same is when you want to check out. They should keep a staff on the main entrance (for incoming customers) and bell noy on the reception. The rooms are very good and you get a sound sleep. The room’s wifi does not works and you have to connect to the common wifi which is comparatively slow.

Bad staff

The hotel only very good location , you need go to 6 fllor to check in , no body speak good english, no have hotel name in english in the bulding , breakfast terrible poor a lot ,i have 14 years come to China , is first time this experience and not is unlucky , only the room is very nice and confortable .
