I appreciated that the property was all-inclusive with no hidden fees, and it was convenient having a buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, I was initially placed in a room where the air conditioner wasn’t working, so I had to repack everything and move to another room. Unfortunately, the balcony door in the new room was broken and couldn’t be locked, which made me uneasy, especially with my daughter. Additionally, I was expecting to experience more authentic Dominican food, but the variety offered wasn’t particularly impressive.

The reservation food wasn’t cooked well and the fish smelled. They have the same dinner each time and no new snacks. The food is pretty bad but other than that it’s a good experience.
