The condo is nicely decorated and is supplied with everything you could possibly need just a visit to the grocery store will complete your necessities. The owners greeted us, gave us information of the area and were there if we had any questions at all very nice couple

Fantastic Trip
Absolutely loved staying here. Place was exactly as described. Cuchy was very helpful, whenever there was a hiccup, she was all over it and got it remedied in short order. Beach was fantastic, there was 24 security on premise, so always felt safe, entire area was clean and comfortable. There at 5-6 restaurants within short walk, 2 "mini-mercados" that have all the basics and staples. Area is quiet, and not overpopulated, so fantastic for a relaxing stay. Santa Domingo is about a 45 min drive (though, even as an experienced and sometimes aggressive driver, Dominican drivers are CRAZY) and San Pedro de Macoris is about 30 mins other direction, which has larger grocery stores if needed. Visited Cuevallas de Marvelosa, and went to Zonal Colonial on different days, both easy drives. Overall cannot say enough about our stay!

Great Stay
The condo is well equipped and is located in an excellent location facing the ocean. We met the owners on arrival and they were more than accommodating for us. They went over the entire place and were always available if needed. Looking for a great place and sun/beach I would recommend this Condo. I would like to thank the owners ( Cuchy and her Husband ) for always communicating with us for the entire process. Again great place to stay. The Marbella complex grounds itself are showing lack of maintenance, Sun beds are worn with some actually having nails sticking out, Sun chairs are worn and filthy, they brush them for sand but never wash them? Sand around the beds and chairs are full of cigarette butts, bottle caps, fiflth. I understand its hard to keep up but needs some attention to detail? Pools were okay and Building was kept clean. Overall Condo was great and stay was enjoyable.

We loved our stay! The view is amazing and the accommodations are fantastic. Having a full kitchen and a place to do laundry within the condo made our stay all the better. We are looking forward to staying there again!

Amazing property
We stayed for two months this winter and felt we were very lucky to find this owner and be able to rent from her. Property is exactly as described. The condo was well appointed with anything we would want. The owner would always answer us in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Vacation!!
This was our first VRBO vacation and it was wonderful. The apartment looks EXACTLY like the pictures. The view is breathtaking and the home was immaculate. The beach was gorgeous, the restaurant downstairs was terrific too. The owner went above and beyond to help us! We will definitely be back! I could sit on that terrace all day long!! Thank you!! Wonderful
Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is extremely well furnished and has every conceivable kitchen item you would ever need. The owner, Maria, speaks excellent English and communication is easy. We just spent 9 weeks here and it was heavenly. Weekly cleaning, including all the bedding is included as well as electricity, which most apartments don't include. The complex itself is well run and incredibly well maintained. It's amazing how many maintainance people there are. There is always someone cleaning up, around the pools, the buildings and even the beach. During the week it feels as if you have the whole place to yourself, weekends get a little busier. We would definitely recommend Maria's condo and would have no hesitation in returning.

Apartment was beautiful! .
Has everything you could need in a home. Fully equipped kitchen, and she provides you with liquid shampoo, conditioner and body soap in both bathrooms! That's great with the restriction on carrying liquids. You also will not need to pack beach towels. I am picking about the beds and the 2 beds were very comfortable and the sheets were very nice. In addition the staff at the building are very accommodating and attentive. They will try to help you with anything you might need. The pool and beach areas are very clean and enjoyable. The view was amazing ! The pictures of the apartment are exactly as is! I I would definitely return!

Well appointed apartment with a tremendous view and gracious owner.
We loved our stay! My little ones enjoyed the pool, beach and playground. I can't say enough about the apartment and how helpful the owner was. A stress free break and fun with my family. We will be back for sure!

Home away from home only better!
This apartment had everything that you would have at your own home and more, the apartment was very clean upon arrival. The view from the balcony is something that you read about, and to think every morning I would sit out there and eat breakfast and take it all in. Being able to walk from the front door to the beach or pool was a plus. I had my elderly mother with me, so really appreciated having the walk in showers. The owner was readily available and so nice to work with. I would highly recommend staying here.

L’emplacement est idéal, accès direct à la mer, deux très grandes piscines bien entretenues. L’appartement est spacieux, très bien décoré, confortable avec une vue extraordinaire depuis le balcon. Celui-ci sert de salle à manger avec la vue sur les levers et couchers de soleil. Il est très bien équipé pour cuisiner. La communication avec la propriétaire a été agréable et efficace ! Merci !!!
