A private hot tub invites ultimate relaxation. Highlights include ample natural light, a cozy fireplace, two well-appointed suites, and a chef's kitchen.

Offering a prime locale, your retreat is a 4-minute walk from the Russian River. Go for a swim, float in the water, fish from the shore, or simply take in the scenery while you stroll. The Rio Nido community offers a playground, tennis courts, mini golf, and a dog park -- all just minutes from home. Johnson's Beach and downtown Guerneville are 2 miles downstream.

High ceilings and skylights create an open vibe in the main house located on the 2nd floor. Unwind on the sofa bed in the living area and watch a movie, or curl up by the gas stove with a book. A modern kitchen offers a full suite of upscale appliances. Serve meals at the table for eight in the sunny dining room. The kitchen bar offers seating for three.

The primary suite boasts a king bed and direct access to the hot tub. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Featuring ample light and direct balcony access, the second suite has a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, as well as books, games, and kids' toys. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy time together in your beautiful outdoor oasis. Play a round of pool or swap stories around the wood-burning firepit. The furnished porch offers a charming spot to relax. Kick back on the porch swing with a drink while dinner sizzles on the gas grill. Take a relaxing soak in the private hot tub. Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable are provided. A tankless water heater ensures unlimited hot water.

The property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
The kayaks shown in the photos are not available for guest use.
The washer/dryer is in a locked garage area that is not accessible to guests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
