Gulfside Townhomes on pienitiheyskompleksi, jolla on 250 jalkaa yksityistä rantahotellia. Ei korkeita nousuja kummallakaan puolella, valkoinen hiekka ja kirkas sininen vesi ovat henkeäsalpaavan kauniita! Erinomainen keskeinen sijainti, kävelyetäisyydellä monista ravintoloista, Hangoutista, ruokakaupoista ja monista matkamuistomyymälöistä. Lähellä on myös suuri Outlet Mall ja hauskoja säästökauppoja!
Lapsiystävällinen kaupunkikoti, jossa on kauniisti maisemoitu nurmettunut sisäpiha keskellä u-muotoista monimutkaista ja suurta maa-allasta, on vaikea löytää vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta! Nauti yksityisestä hiiligrilli ja mukavat tuolit laitteen alla, ja se on yksi Gulf Shores -alueen suurimmista rannan uima-altaista!
Äskettäin sisustettu ja päivitetty, tässä 2 tarinayksikössä mahtuu 8 henkilöä, joissa on 2 makuuhuonetta, 2 1/2 kylpyä, 1150 neliöjalkaa ja katettu parkkipaikka 2 ajoneuvolle suoraan yksikön alla.
Yksiäsi ylä- tai alapuolella ei ole, vain kävele ylös 1 portaat toiseen kerrokseen avoimella asettelulla, joka sisältää olohuoneen, ruokasalin, keittiön, puoli kylpyammeen ja pyykin. Olohuoneessa on oma parveke, jolta on näköala suurelle uima-altaalle ja ruohopihalle, jolta on näköala rannalle. Altaan portti on kirjaimellisesti kahden askeleen päässä yksiköstämme. Voit seurata lapsesi uimassa parvekkeiltamme!
Siellä on myös queen-size-vuodesohva ja 55 tuuman Smart TV. Ruokapöydässä on mukavat istuimet 6 hengelle. Buffetin takana on myös 2 TV-alustaa ja syöttötuoli lisämukavuutta varten. Keittiössä on päivitetyt kaapit, työtasot, uusi pesuallas ja se on täysin varusteltu vastaamaan kaikkia tarpeitasi.
Yläkerrassa on makuuhuone, jossa on oma parveke, jolta on uima-allasnäköala rannalle, oma kylpyhuone, king-size-vuode, oleskelualue ja 32 "taulutelevisio.
Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös oma kylpyhuone, queen-vuode, kerrossänky, kaapissa oleva pack-n-play -toiminto ja 26 "taulutelevisio.
Makuuhuoneissa on uusi lattia ja molemmat yläkerran kylpyhuoneet on myös hiljattain päivitetty!
Perheemme on nauttinut Persianlahden rannoista monien vuosien ajan - se on paikka, jossa voit nauttia kaikenlaisista viihdeistä, ainutlaatuisista ostosmahdollisuuksista ja herkullisista paikallisista ruokailuista. Incredible location, awesome atmosphere, and wonderful condo. Always prompt and helpful, and the other owners were very friendly. The washer/dryer were a lifesaver, everything was nice and comfortable. The balconies and views, beach access, pool, and outdoor shower were highlights. The kind of paradise you could stay at forever.

Fantastic Property
Let me start by saying, yes, the complex is a little older. However, this unit has been updated nicely! The owner was very quick to respond to anything we had to say and was awesome to deal with. The price was fantastic, especially considering that we went on Labor Day weekend. Location was perfect for us and our 3 children! The walk to the beach was short and very easy, even with a wagon full of junk! The fact that there are chairs, umbrella, beach toys, boogie boards, etc already there for your use is awesome! Being able to park underneath the unit, out of any weather was also a plus! The posting was very accurate and we hope to be able to book this unit again in the future! Definitely recommend trying this place out!

Riptide our whole stay so we weren't able to get in the ocean other than that be the reason we came to Gulf Shores . The town home was awesome and communication from the host was great.Thank goodness for the pool. Thanks for making your town home available to my family.

Convenient and comfortable!
The location and size of this property is perfect! It's a smaller, older development, which means fewer people competing for space on the beach. Covered private parking, easy access to a grill, the pool and the beach, with beach chairs, umbrellas and toys provided -- what a pleasure it was to stay here! We would love to come back!

Great Beachfront Townhome
Beautiful beachfront townhome! Great for families! The check in process was so easy. The host provided us with all the information needed for our stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys available for us to use. Beautiful pool on the property as well. Within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Walked down to the Hangout several nights to listen to the bands playing. Great place to stay!

This was a great location. Easy beach access! Nice soft beach towels provided. Very quiet and family friendly. The pool was undergoing maintenance so we did not get to use it. Nicely decorated, and location and convenience to walk or drive to restaurants or shopping appreciated.

Our Favorite Spot
We have stayed multiple times here and love it more and more every year! The property is kept in wonderful condition, the owners really care about their home and it shows in the little details. All the beach stuff you could ever need, a kitchen stocked with all the necessities and the owners are quick to respond to messages should you have any questions. We truly love this property and the whole complex. It’s a hidden gem that we are so grateful to have found.

The condo is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Easy to check in and check out of the unit. Beach is gorgeous and not crowded (in October)!

Perfect location
We had a great stay here! We love that these are townhomes, and there’s no one above or below us. It’s an easy walk to the ocean right off the property. The covered parking is super nice as well. We could walk to several restaurants/ice cream shops, and it was an easy drive to others as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We love this place! We come every year and love the convenience of the location. My kids love the pool because when they can't get in the ocean they can atleast swim in the pool! My favorite thing is everything you will need is already here!!! 💙

Great place for fun times!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive. Location and short distance to beach were hands down my favorite part! Had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. The townhouse was very beach vintage and we loved it! Very peaceful! Loved the fact we could see beach off balcony! Beds were extremely comfortable. Most definitely would and will stay again.

Amazing Place
Wow, I can't thank you enough for the communication that was immediate after our last payment for our vacation. Great instructions on what to do and the many many items that were available for my family to use once there. The townhome was inviting, roomy, relaxing, plenty of room for a family of 7. It was clean and didn't have any weird smells. I would pack extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Everything else is provided. Oh and I like Clorox wipes. 😀 Having the pool literally 2 steps...best townhouse position out of the 40 units!!! And only a short walk to the fluffy sand beach!!!! We had so so so much fun!!! My family was so sad to leave!!! The townhouse is also a perfect distance away from all the great dinning places and groceries!! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place!!! Thanks for everything!!! 😀

We were pleased with our 12-night stay. The owner communicated everything well and responded quickly. We liked having the covered parking and it gave some extra space to store a fishing cart. It was nice that there were beach chairs and beach towels to use. The pool was never crowded. We hope to be back soon!

Can't wait to come back!
We had a great time at this property. It is right on the beach and directly next to the pool. This was perfect for us, especially with kids, because we could go back and forth as needed! The condo was clean and had everything we needed from games, to kitchen needs, to beach towels, to beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. The owner/property manager was very responsive and informative. It is close to all the fun and restaurants but far enough away that you can enjoy the beach without being overly crowded. We will definitely be back!

Had everything we needed.
This property had all the linens, cookware we needed. The kids loved all the beach toys we needed & the pool was great. Close to restaurants-unfortunately the shrimp festival was going on so parking & traffic was bad but couldn’t be helped. The manager was quick to answer any question I messaged him with. Our first time in Gulf Shores & hope to stay here again.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this property. The private beach is steps from the townhouse. The pool is awesome and is literally 4 steps from the townhouse. We were so close to everything we wanted to do. We loved staying at this property.

Great Location for Families!
I don’t think we could have asked for more with this property! It is located right on the beach with its own pool. The house had a great assortment of sand toys, umbrellas, chairs, and games that we used all week long. It was so wonderful not having to pack all that with us on a long road trip. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our family of 5 and the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved being able to walk out the door and go to the pool or the beach. There are so many options here in Gulf Shores when choosing a vacation house and I would choose this one again hands down over a high rise condo. The owners are super sweet and very responsive. Will be looking forward to the next time we can come back!

Excellent rental
Our family really enjoyed our second stay in this complex. The proximity to the beach, personal parking spaces, no elevators, access to the pool, and the location are hard to beat. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything a family would need when not on the beach or enjoying the sites around Gulf Shores.
