Kiitos vierailustasi Island Royale 503 -yksiköllä Gulf Shoresissa. Omistamme ja hallitsemme kaikkia asuntojamme ja nautimme asiakkaidemme upeaan ranta lomakokemuksesta.

Island Royale # 503 on 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpy 5. kerroksen huoneisto Persianlahden edessä. Island Royale sijaitsee West Beach Blvd. kaupungissa Gulf Shores. Tässä yksikössä on kaunis sisustus, joka antaa sinun nauttia sisästä (melkein) yhtä paljon kuin ulkopuolelta. Ylimitoitettu rannan edessä oleva oma parveke, jolta on panoraamanäkymät smaragdinvihreällä vedellä ja valkoisilla hiekkarannoilla, pääsee sekä olohuoneesta että makuuhuoneesta. Olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä valkoisista hiekkarannoista ja lämpimistä lahden vesistä.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode untuvapeitteellä, iso lipasto, TV / DVD ja oma kylpyhuone.

Vierashuoneessa on täysikokoinen sänky, iso lipasto, yöpöytä, TV / DVD-soitin ja oma kylpyhuone.

Olohuoneessa on queen-size-vuodesohva ja lepotuoleja. Keittiössä on graniittitasot ja kaikki päivitetyt laitteet - vierekkäin varustettu jääkaappi, jossa jääpalakone, astianpesukone, jätteiden hävittäminen, sähköliesi, ja se on hyvin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset. Local owner
The local owner provided his phone number for any issues we may have. Best check in and stay we have had. The coffee maker stopped working, he brought us a new one. I have been going to the gulf for years, best condo I have stayed in. One suggestion, If you grill over fill with charcoal, the all aluminum out door grills do not heat up as good as steel.

Family Weekend
We really enjoyed our stay. I had to communicate with the Host a few times over a small plumbing issue in the guest bathtub. It was resolved before I could even say not to worry. Extremely quiet for a condo, which was nice with a 3 month old. Check in was easy, good balcony view, excellent beach, entire condo was comfortable. We would stay again, given the opportunity.

Condo was wonderful in all aspects. Gulf front, very welcoming, with a great view of the gulf. Very short walk to the beach & water. In the heart of all the fun, shops & restaurant/bars. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Family Vacay
We had 6 of us in the Condo comfortably. Felt plenty spacious and we loved the size of condo facility itself and the easy access to the beach! The balcony was perfect for breakfast and mimosas watching the sun come up. In addition to all of this the Host was incredibly personable and even called to check on us and make sure that we had everything we needed and that our trip would be the best! They really went above and beyond! Will be booking with them again.

Best Rental ever!
Everything about this condo was perfect. Super easy check in. Location right on the beach with a phenomenal view from both the master bedroom and living room. VERY clean and it had every convenience of home available for use. I highly recommend for a family or couple.

Fabulous view!
Fabulous view, convenient location, clean and comfortable property. Easy to communicate with the owner. (Heads-up for the elderly or infirm: there are no safety bars in the shower/tubs.) I’ve stayed in a couple of other units at Island Royale — it’s an excellent property overall, and this unit is no exception. I’d planned to share with my sister-in-law, but my brother decided to come down too and bring the dog, so they opted for a pet-friendly hotel off the beach — so I had the place all to myself and it was delightful. Would definitely recommend.

Bathrooms were not as clean as should be mainly the tubs. Water wouldn’t drain properly in sinks or tubs. Pretty place but I would suggest you put up new towel and toilet paper rods. Would make bathrooms look much nicer.

Perfect Beach Vacation Base
This was the perfect base for our family's beach vacation. Close to restaurants, activities, and shopping- but the best part is walking out the building door straight onto the beach for fun in the waves and sand. Our kids loved the pool and kiddie pools for after beach time. We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins play, and falling asleep to the gentle lapping of waves. Jason and Sonya were great hosts- friendly, exceptional communication, and a wealth of information for ideas on what to do. I would highly recommend and hope we are able to come back soon!

Great condo with an amazing balcony view of the white sand beach. Owner communicated very easily and the check in/out process was very easy. Clean, well kept condo. Enjoyed our stay very much. Fun at the beach
Beautiful Condo facing the Gulf of Mexico. Owners answers texts immediately ..easy check in and out..Jason and Sonya are great. Swimming pool and hot tubs..walk on gulf..plenty of rental chairs and umbrellas..fun and relaxing it is a great Life!
