Sweet Beach Home Alabama on ihastuttavan turkoosin ulkopuolelta upouusi rannikon tyylikkäitä huonekaluja, joten Alabama on täydellinen loma-asunto, joka tekee Alabama Beachin unelmistasi totta! Ulkopuolella vieraat löytävät 3 yksityistä kansiota, joista toisessa on pohjoinen ja kaksi upeita, esteetön näköala lahdelle. Nauti varjostetusta ensimmäisestä kerroksesta tai imeä aurinkoa ylätason kannelta pois päältä. Kodin alla on myös runsaasti tilaa rentoutumiseen tai aterian nauttimiseen varjossa. Pääsisääntulossa kotiin saapuvat vieraat ovat tervetulleita mukavat uudet kalusteet olohuoneessa ja upea, avoin keittiö näköalalla! Henkeäsalpaavan näkymän ohella olohuoneessa on ulosvedettävä sohva 2 hengelle, mukava oleskelualue ja suuri tv. Avokeittiö ja ruokailutila on varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset aterioiden valmistamiseen, istumapaikat 6 pöydälle ja 4 baarissa ja hohtavat uudet graniittitasot.

Myös päätasolla vieraat löytävät salin kylpyamme suihkulla ja makuuhuone, jossa on queen-vuode 2, televisio ja pääsy yksityiseen pohjoiseen päin olevaan parvekkeeseen, josta nautit tuulta. Yläkerrassa on 2 muuta makuuhuonetta. Ensimmäinen on kerrossänky, jossa on joukko täysikokoisia kerrossänkyjä, joissa on ulosvedettävä vyöryä nukkumaan yhteensä 4 hengelle. Tässä huoneessa on myös tv ja söpö lapsen kokoinen paikka, jossa voit nauttia elokuvasta rannalla vietetyn päivän jälkeen! Jack- ja Jill-kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkukaappi, yhdistää kerrossängyt makuuhuoneeseen. Tilavassa mestarissa on king-size-vuode ja TV, mutta kruunukivi on yksityinen aurinkokansi ulkona! Great Property-Great Service

We had a family of 4 plus grandparents stay on this property over Easter Weekend. The location was perfect and had all the amenities we would need for in the house and accessories necessary to enjoy the beach. Easy, quick stroll as the beach was in the backyard. In addition, this property had several food options and grocery options within 15 minutes drive.With all these great features, the ease of check in and check out was worth mentioning. And on to the real reason we decided to write a review. On a Saturday, we noticed the AC wasn't working properly which was cause for concern. However, after making a phone call to after hours maintenance, they had a technician on the way to alleviate the problem within an hour. There was clear communication from the AC tech with their plan and all was resolved by the time got back from dinner. We left very happy and the kids have already started asking when we get back. Our experience was great and we will be returning. Thanks!

New Year’s Eve at Gulf Shores

This was a fantastic 3-bd, 2-ba right on the beach! The only complaint I have is that the kitchen had zero supplies - no cooking oil, no salt, no pepper, absolutely nothing. I don’t expect a whole spice rack, but I do expect those basics. Otherwise a great property!

Amazing Vacation

The house was perfect. The location was far enough away from all the heavy traffic but only 10 minutes from all the restaurants and attractions. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It was absolutely spotless and enough nice towels and linens. We had a perfect beautiful view of the beach from the upper and lower decks. We couldn’t have been happier. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Great vacation place

We had a great stay here. Beautiful two-story duplex right on the beach. Two decks overlooking beach and ocean. Many good places to eat and little grocery stores nearby. Shopping close also. Would rent again. .

Fall Break Stay

Great location, good for our dog. The privacy was nice, both in the duplex and the beach. The only downside was the master bed was upstairs and had to share a bathroom with the bunk room. We loved the decks! We would definitely stay there again.

Retirement Celebration with Family

Had a wonderful time on our short 2 night stay. Loved the property, the location, and proximity to the beach. There is a lot of stairs but it provided the most beautiful views of the sea on both floors. Communication with property management was great, very responsive! No problems with the duplex at all. Will keep it on my radar for future vacations. Only con was finding a spot for the dog to use the restroom without getting a sand spur, or two. I rate this property as a 5/5 experience.

Beautiful beach!

The home was clean and comfortable for our family. Great beach access and beautiful sandy beach. We were there during very warm weather and the AC could not keep up in the heat of the day. We called and it was repaired, but the upstairs was still warmer and a bit uncomfortable. The home shows some wear from visitors which we expected, but also could use more of a beachy decor, and a kitchen cabinet upgrade, which is the reason for our 3 rating. Except for AC issues we had a great stay.

Wonderful 4th of July family trip

We had the best time at this house with our big kids and even two grandkids. The house is in the perfect location for anyone that wants to be steps away from the ocean. The bottom deck was shaded perfectly for babies to play outside also. The top deck was perfect for viewing fireworks on the 4th. We would love to book and stay here again sometime. ❤️

Old, dirty, run down

The only positive about this property is that the beach is in your backyard, just over a fairly steep sandune, but the view is breathtaking. First impression… super steep steps to get to door and enter code (where the light was not on at night and ended up being burnt out or inoperable. When you walk in… the smell of mold, must, & urine knocks you out. Walls, railings, doors, bed frames, appliances, curtains, curtain rods, blinds, air vent covers, seat cushions, slipcovers, couch pillows (& more) were all dingy, grimy, sticky, and/or stained. Peeled and chipped paint, holes in walls, balcony doors that are really hard to get opened and lock or unlock. Window frames are all ancient and covered with rust, mold, cobwebs, bugs. The house is on stilts and not level. Large ceramic Floor tiles are popping up and cracked. Appliances are probably from the 80s or 90s. They probably work, but they are gross and rusty. Underneath all cabinetry in kitchen there are baseboards that look mushy from water damage. I didn’t want to touch them and find out. I would be curious to see if it passed a mold inspection. Asbestos? I hope somebody demo’s this house and rebuilds, b/c the location is great. We literally did not even stay there one night. My kids have allergies and asthma and was not going to risk asthma attacks in the middle Of the night. Told Harris Prop of our concerns and never heard back from a prop mngr. Luckily I was able to find a room at a hotel. Waaayy overpriced too!

For the price, it needs some finesse.

Pros: Very easy to check in to the property, plenty of seating. Right on the beach, just cross over the dunes and you’re there. Air conditioner worked well. Lots of fans in the house as well if you needed them. Wi-Fi was fine for our group. Cons: pet friendly but there is no safe area on site for potty breaks due to the sand spurs. We were able to walk across the road to some soft grass, but the sand spur learning was an awful experience for me and the pups. All the steps are an unusual pitch or steepness. Seating inside was plentiful, but not comfortable. Lots of finish work inside the home was incomplete - primary balcony upstairs has 2 different color paint, hole visible around the fan in the primary bedroom. For the price, it needs some finesse and better finish work. Also, towel hooks in all rooms would be nice.
